I have never been to this Jersey Mike’s location until today, and have not been in a while so was confused. The lady helping me was very patient and explained everything to me perfectly! Loved her and my sandwich turned out perfect and was packed! Loved this experience 10/10.

EDIT- they made my situation right by refunding my order. Due to the good customer service response, they deserve another chance for sure…Order ahead in app 20 minutes ahead of time with supposed 15 minute wait…. Show up and they had no idea where my ticket was. While I waited for my order an additional 20 minutes I watch as they give out several orders to the wrong people. They then tried to give me a totally different sub order, tell them it’s not mine. He turns and sees my sub has been there the whole time, and now my hot sub is ice cold as they literally lost my sub in their store. There was only 2 other people there. I absolutely LOVE Jersey mikes but im literally scared to waste another $20 on a sub from the only location close by my house with this experience.

First of all Jersey Mikes is top tier anyways when it comes to sandwiches. This location though, WAS EXCELLENT. I had a mobile order put in, and accidentally sent it to this location. They were so nice about putting it in the fridge for me to come get it after work. I get off work to go get it, and the lady tells me she made it fresh so that it wouldn’t have to sit in the fridge all day. THAt is great customer service and honestly that lady needs a raise. 10/10 would def recommend!!

The people who work here are awesome, but I’ve had the hardest time getting a refund for an order I placed thru their app but was never delivered. Doordash placed a ticket, I placed a ticket, no response. I go in person, the manager looks my ticket up and processes the refund and I saw it in my account, but now all of a sudden a couple days later the refund is gone but the original charge is still there. This is too much work for $15 but it just don’t feel right considering I never got to eat lunch that day after waiting an hour for an order to never come and no one came seem to help.

I haven't eaten there in a long time. I placed an order for a tuna sub on line to be delivered by uber. What is amazing to me is nothing in my order was correct. No one puts oil and vinegar on a tuna sub. Whom ever made this did not even read the order. I came from where subs were first created and it wasn't New Jersey. I threw both sandwiches in the trash. I won't be ordering anything from there again.

I literally don't think there's one time that I placed an online order here where they've gotten the correct order. This is about the sixth time in a row. I showed the associate where they messed up the order at which time he was upset that I showed him and quickly had me a to go thing of the rest of the toppings he missed and wanted me to wrap up the sandwich myself. Absolute joke of a place I will never be back.

Seemed run down. The woman in front of me and I had to wait about 12 minutes from the time our sandwiches were cut to the time the toppings were added. Longer for her than me. It seemed they spent a lot of time in the kitchen cleaning instead of waiting on us.I asked for double meat and the sandwich maker didn't know what that meant. He only doubled the first kind of meat. They were out of onions!?!I did really appreciate the military discount. Thank you for that.

Stopped in right before closing, and ordered the cheesesteak subs! The subs were very hot and delicious! This was the best sub I'd had in a long time. The service was quick and straight to the point!
