La Chula Mexican Bar & Grill serves delicious food, including the popular pork pastor torta and shrimp fajita taco salad. While communication with staff can be a bit challenging for English speakers, the restaurant's cuisine makes up for it. The margaritas are really good, and the food portions are fantastic. Despite occasional mistakes, such as forgotten drinks or inconsistent gratuity charges, the food is consistently amazing, making it a top choice in the neighborhood. The service is good, and the staff is very nice, though late nights can get loud with music. Some dishes, like the birria tacos, are delicious, while others, like the ground beef, could use more seasoning.
