I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich combo, with the ranch, and tomato on the side, also the Zaxby's signature sandwich. I was charged for the ranch, didn't get the tomatoes, and the lettuce was old and disgusting, the tomatoes they gave me was chopped for a salad, also the girl taking the order in drive thru couldn't understand nothing you was saying. Bathroom was rough. Needs total makeover. Drink fountain is filthy. Hasn’t been cleaned in days.
