The server was not nice. He acted like he couldn't stand that he had to be working there. When he was preparing my sandwich, I asked for fresh lettuce and he informed me that the lettuce was fresh from earlier. It was wilted and slimy looking. He made my sandwich with it anyway. After eating my sandwich I became violently ill in my gastric track and had to stop for a bathroom before making it home. Totally unacceptable ?.

I went to this location, placed my order. Then a worked came from outside, put his stuff down and put gloves on and proceeded to fix my sandwich WITHOUT Washing his Hands!!! ABSOLUTELY GROSS!!!!I walked out and at this point don't plan on visiting this establishment again.

Went on a Sunday. Have not been there in years. The person fixing the sandwiches was not friendly at all. There were no other customers in this place. The back area where they make sandwiches was very dirty. The meat slicer was not clean and crumbs were everywhere. The worker had not cleaned up the back area. My sandwich was cold and just "blah". I won't go back.

Just left here and the staff was extremely kind. I really appreciate them paying attention to details! Our order was customized to add more options and only have cheese on half, the bag even had "cheese" written on it with an arrow to indicate which side had the cheese! It's the little things and I appreciate it!!!!

The parking stinks especially around noon time during the week, but that aside it's great. I had driven up and had time for lunch with daughter and grands and we enjoyed talking for a couple of hours. Most of the business is take out, and the restaurant is clean and bright and the staff was friendly. The food of course was perfect.

JMikes is always good but I’m writing this review because of the service I received tonight at this location. I used to manage one of these so I know all the little details of what the franchise expects and I watched them check every box tonight. AJ & Shonde were the only 2 working at 5:30pm during dinner rush and both of them were not only hustling to get everyone in line taken care of and the multiple deliveries / pick up orders done in a timely manner, but they were also both very polite & attentive. Kudos to 2 young people working hard in an economy that doesn’t always motivate workers like this.

I like Jersey Mikes but this location cannot seem to make a sandwich as requested. Been here 4 times and ordered on the app each time. 3 of the 4 times the sandwich has been wrong. Won’t waste my time here anymore for sure. If you’re in the mood for a surprise it might be a great lunch option. Not for me.
