It’s a good thing I do not live here or I would eat this way too often. I had the classic BBQ bowl with Collard Greens and Quinoa and it was Heaven! My kids both had a classic veggie burger and did not leave a crumb behind. Although it’s says vegetarian restaurant everything I looked at was already vegan and gluten free which was great for me! I went on Monday 3/18/24 around 6:00pm after a long day of walking around the Opryland convention center. Needless to say, I was HUNGRY. Luckily, I was in the right spot. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were patient and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without judgement. Absolut fantastisches Essen, serviert von äußerst freundlichen Mitarbeitern in einer wirklich netten Atmosphäre. Hier merkt man, dass das Essen mit viel Liebe und mit viel Innovation gemacht wird.
