I did wait longer than expected for my food, and then realized in the car that they gave me the wrong meat (beef instead of chicken), so I went back in to let them know. They immediately started remaking my order for me, and they gave me way more than they needed to ! It was the best customer service Ive received in a long time. They also let me keep the messed up sandwich so they definitely made things right for me. This is a great Jersey Mike’s, everyone was so polite to me...

Oh Mickey, you’re so fine. You’re so fine, you blow my mind, hey Mickey, hey hey, hey Mickey. When I say that was the best sandwich I have had in a long time, I mean it!!!! Absolutely crushed it! And the rest of the staff was warm, welcoming and friendly as well! Thank you for the experience on my lunch break today! I needed that!

The parking stinks especially around noon time during the week, but that aside it's great. I had driven up and had time for lunch with daughter and grands and we enjoyed talking for a couple of hours. Most of the business is take out, and the restaurant is clean and bright and the staff was friendly. The food of course was perfect.
