Jersey Mike's Subs

The service provided Jack by was great. However when I walked in the door the young lady had a glove on and playing in her hair behind the counter. She proceeds to grab a glove for the other hand without changing the other. When I asked her to change her gloves she says I was about to. All of this without hair net. I never saw her wash her hands and of purse I requested that Jack fix my food. Please make sure she knows that this is a DHEC no.

Subs are great! Much better than their competitors whose name also starts with J! Most importantly, employees actually care about the service they provide. I'm a regular and always look forward to my sub made by Fernanda. She's what keeps this place going! Always clean and courteous. What more can you ask for?

I recently visited family in Madison, and decided to hop in here for a quick snack. Fernanda was beyond helpful and welcoming. Since, this was my first time at Jersey Mike's, I allowed sub connoisseur Fernanda to surprise me with her (italian style) recommendation. Needless to say, I'm hooked. I had a lovely conversation with her and it reminded me of how awesome Madison is (& now Jersey Mike's too!) Thank you Fernanda and Jersey Mike's!

George was excellent and has an authentic accent regarding the stores name Perfect pick for this location I will definitely be going back for just his engagement with all of us!!!

I stopped by Jersey Mike’s recently and was helped by George, and I have to say—his service was absolutely excellent! He was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive from the moment I walked in. You can tell he really cares about making sure every customer has a great experience.
George took the time to make my order just right and even double-checked everything to make sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who brings such a positive attitude and professionalism to their work.
Thanks to George, my visit was quick, easy, and enjoyable. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have such a great team member—he definitely made my day.

Got a giant Mikes famous Philly. Asked for jalapeño on the side. Literally got 5 pieces o jalapeño. 5 jalapeño pieces for a giant sub. They act like it’s their food and are stingy.

And this is why I don’t eat at jersey Mike we order two sandwiches that was made completely wrong call the store and the manager said bring the whole sandwiches back THATS GROSS we touch the sandwich and taste it and in order for us to get the correct sandwich we have to bring it back NEVER AGAIN jersey Mike POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Came in today and i didn’t know what to get and the manager recommended a #13 and it was great, everyone was so friendly and the food was great and fresh!!!
