Jersey Mike's Subs

The guy taking my order heard a condiment wrong. Got my sandwich and realized it but was going to just eat it anyway. Even told them that. They asked if I wanted another sandwich and I said I wasn't worried about it. They made it anyway during a busy lunch hour. Awesome service.

The supposedly manager named Michelle at this store who refused to give me her last name was rude and disrespectful when I called to complain about 3 sandwiches I called in and asked for extra meat on the 3 giants which wasn't done !!! And paid 45.72 for this something I didn't ask for. She refused to do anything about it like even remaking my sandwiches correctly and I'd pay the difference in price BUT NO SHE REFUSED and hung up on me...this place needs to get these GMs in check !!! I love jersey Mike's that's why I keep coming back, but not to this store if she's still a manager 🤔 1706 gallatin rd, madison

Came to this location, I arrived at 8:41pm with my 4 year old daughter. I went to the door to ensure they were still open because the "OPEN" LIGHT was turned off. I saw another customer inside the restraunt ordering/paying for an order. The door WAS open, So I walked 6 steps back to my vehicle, an entire 6 feet maybe. I told my toddler, "ok there open, come on and get out!" Went thru all the trouble of getting her out of her car seat, grabbing my purse, her little 'purse'/bag she carries and bring everywhere. Rolled up my windows & Locked my car doors. It is now 8:45pm. We walk to the door, the customer inside has now left just a moment prior, I saw her getting into her vehicle next to my car. Low and Behold, The staff locked the doors on us. I know for a fact they saw me coming to make sure the door was unlocked 4 mins prior, saw me getting my toddler out of the car, and decided to Lock the doors so we could not come order dinner for ourselves!!! It's frustrating because my child really wanted Subway/JeeseyMikes. Subway closed early too. CLEARLY posted CLOSE TIMES are on both establishments and online. Subway closed over 30 mins early. So I drove OUT OF MY WAY, To catch Jersey Mike's at least 15 mins before cllse time. I just wanted to order 1 sub sandwich, TO-GO! I didn't arrive or attempt to come inside 2-3-4 mins before closing time! This was 20 mins, 15 mins before. My order would have been made and paid for in less then 5 mins and we would have been on our way! No, instead I had to load my toddler back up into the car, explain to a hungry SAD child why the door was just unlocked and locked once WE WERE SEEN WANTING TO COME INSIDE TO ORDER, & once again, go on the hunt for a restraunt to feed my little girl. These employees are told to expect to be here AFTER closing time. That's any good establishment AROUND! I find NO excuse for the doors to be locked prior to CLOSE TIME. NO EXCUSE FOR ME AND MY CHILD TO BE DENIED SERVICE, AND THE DOOR LOCKED IN A WAY, IN OUR FACES. ITS NOT OK. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK, DONT HAVE A JOB. I WASNT DISRESPECTFUL AND CAME 2 MINS BEFORE CLOSING TIME. I CAME APPROPRIATELY, 15-20 MINS BEFORE 9PM. JUST ENOUGH TIME TO AT LEAST MAKE 1 FREAKIN SANDWICH// SUB TO-GO!

IM JUST GONNA STICK TO THE LOCATION IN I'm, DESPITE IT BEING WELL OUT OF THE WAY!

Parking: Parking is kinda of awkward, you have 2-3 small parking spots out front but employees seem to take 1-2 of them at all times. You have a lot across the way, but not super convenient but not absurd either. Plenty of parking there, but as far as a catch or throw away from the restraunt door, there's 2 spots in that aspect!

I walked in 5 minutes to 9:00 as a pregnant woman! I was craving a sub. Whoever worked told me they were closed… as if they closed the whole shop down already. There was still meat, lettuce and everything out. A sub takes 5 minutes at the most to make. As somebody who worked fast food & at a sub place. It’s not the customer’s fault that you have to clean up the back and close. That was rude. Won’t be coming back here period.

Stood in line to order food and was not acknowledged by the sandwich maker when it was clearly my turn to have my sandwich made. The sandwich maker completely skipped over me and began making the woman behind me’s sandwich without ever acknowledging me whatsoever. I got to the register ready to pay and I had to tell the man he didn’t make my sandwich. I was then given my total and handed the cashier cash in his hand, only for him to slide my change across the counter back to me. This is the worst Jersey Mikes experience I have EVER had. I will never spend money here again.

I frequent this store almost weekly. There's a new sandwich maker, I think his name is Daniel. He did a great job with my sandwich and was very friendly! Love the new addition! Made sure my sandwich was perfect!

The club sandwich ? was so Scrumptious ? ?. Service was pleasant as well. Guy named Daniel made sure my sandwich was to my liking. I'll be back again soon.
