What an amazing hotel

Overly expensive, the rooms are small, and they try to make it too fancy! The Embassy Suites next door has way bigger rooms, mini fridges, etc.

They also don't serve complimentary breakfast, unlike the embassy suites.

The staff is amazing.

This was my first time staying at this JW property and it did not disappoint! I received an upgrade to the executive suite and the only downside was there is no mini fridge or microwave which I would expect with any suite. All of the staff were super accommodating and very polite and helpful, even when I stumbled in at 3:00 a.m. after the bars. There are plenty of places in the lobby to sit back and relax with friends or family. And the concierge was super helpful with making recommendations and reservations. Walking distance to Broadway and anything belse you might want to do downtown.The bourbon steakhouse on the rooftop is amazing so make sure you try that out. The food was awesome!Just stay here and thank me later ?

Terrific stay and hotel in a great location. Staffed with friendly professionals who understand customer service. Clean and modern with a great exercise room and pool.
