This was my first time staying at this JW property and it did not disappoint! I received an upgrade to the executive suite and the only downside was there is no mini fridge or microwave which I would expect with any suite. All of the staff were super accommodating and very polite and helpful, even when I stumbled in at 3:00 a.m. after the bars.
