This was horrible. Went through drive through and waited over 30 minutes. Doors close at facility prematurely. The signage stated lobby closing would be 9:00 and closing all together is 10:00 pm. The workers closed lobby before 7: oo and only a)owed selected customers inside to order. After ordering in drive tthru we were instructed to move ahead of the order window and allow a worker to bring our order to us. This became greater than 30 minutes. I had to have one of the elite customers to open the locked lobby door in order to insist we have our or hand my money back or the food. Horrible service, sub-par food.

I ordered the Buy One, Get One deal from this KFC through Uber Eats. Each box should have included 2 thighs and 1 leg—so a total of 4 thighs and 2 legs. Instead, zero thighs were included. They substituted them with a pile of dry, overcooked chicken strips that were tough and unpleasant.
On top of that, my order was supposed to include two mashed potatoes, but none were provided. Not one.
This was easily the worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely unacceptable quality and attention to detail. If I could give zero stars, I would

Went through the drive thru. Towered a 12pc meal. Paid$43 for them to leave off my fries and an extra order of gravy that I paid for. And then when I tried to call the store from. The number on the receipt, I get an answering machine. I'm very unhappy.

They will not acknowledge your presence 😔 it's like they hope you leave, they don't want your business and they can survive off mobile orders because customers pay in advance
Utterly disgusted ordered Uber Eats didn't get most of my items got none of the chicken that I ordered only got legs that's it the food was so cold and I literally only live less than 10 minutes away you know just because we order delivery doesn't it mean we still ain't spending our heart on money as well matter of fact we're spending more to eat at your restaurant we deserve our food to be somewhat decent understand you know delivery is going to be a little bit cold but damn!!!!

I came in to pick up two orders and it took 20 minutes or longer to get the two orders. Went in multiple times to get the orders and they weren't done. I work by the order not by the hour these people are cutting into my livelihood and hurting my customer rating.

Girl with the braids in the drive through on Sunday at 1:55pm. Why does she have an attitude because I’m asking for clarification on what’s on the menue? I don’t eat KFC everyday so I’m not an expert. And then as I’m checking
my food with no one behind me. She leans out the window to shoo me away. Very very rude.
