The gentleman on the night shift the two guys the manager and the cook both went above and beyond for me I'm greatly appreciative of their customer service, I was new to the area waiting on a bus no place would let me order if I didn't have my vehicle with me and they were awesome enough to allow me to get my food ordered thanks guys!!!

The bathrooms were filthy, with what looked like feces on the walls. I placed my order through the app – big mistake. They clear mobile orders just to speed up the drive-thru, even if they haven’t started them. After waiting 25 minutes for my food, they still got it wrong—missing sauces, and the nugget count was off. Do yourself a favor: avoid this KFC.

Tuesday I went ordered an 8 piece chicken only which what I thought would consist of 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 breasts, and 2 thighs the normal 8 piece, money was no issue I had at all, so paying the $19 or $20 was no problem. They did not tell me nothing about a dark meat Tuesday when I ordered only until I got home and called them to ask them what the 8 piece chicken consist of. They gave me what they wanted me to have. This is very poor practice. They should let the customer decide if they want all dark meat or the regular 8 piece. Whomever the manager is, is doing a very piss poor job. They should at least make an offer to the customers and let the customers choose how much they are willing to spend after all it’s their money!

Worst place in the world I waited in line for 30 minutes and it wasn't nothing but 2 people in front of me just to take my order then had to wait another 10. Minutes to get my order
I placed a 12 piece meal order on uber eats by the time it was completed I was charged 54 bucks that took over hour ti get then to get raw chicken that was slimmy?? I called several x no answer these ppl are so nasty
