Placed an online order, at pickup the bag was stapled shut. Once we opened the bag at the store we discovered half the order was missing. On the receipt it says order was checked and double checked. Shorted 8 pieces of chicken and an order of mashed potatoes. Glad we checked and I wonder if the bag was stapled to keep us from checking.

Had a two piece meal and I stood at the counter while the manager stood and watched a employee work the drive thru and the counter. I waited for at least 20 minutes before I got to order then I waited another ten minutes for them to fill my order. I was the only one inside the KFC.I could see if they were busy but I think it was slow.

Took 5 minutes because they served me a old family meal everything was cold and dry, last time i go here. As soon as i pulled up to the window and i had to take a minute to order i could hear the disappointment that i pulled up and heard the conversation they had about it. Worst 30 dollars i spent in a long time.
