I went through the drive thru Monday, I ordered two 4 piece whole wing snacks and a large Pepsi no ice. when the young lady gave me my drink it had ice I had to give it back to correct it. I gave her a $20 dollar bill, I told her I wanted original. She gave me crispy which I didnt find out till we got home. she closed the window, I'm waiting on my chance, she forgot, she had to call the manager up then I had to pull up and wait again for them to open the drawer for the customer...read full review
I had not had KFC since I quit about 9 years ago and I was a shift leader. I figured I was in a hurry and hungry and chicken sounded good. I ordered the 3 piece big box and my total came to $8.79. I received my three pieces of chicken in a timely manner even with the Church van in front of me. However my drumstick was missing half it’s meat and my two thighs we smaller than chicken wings.
