Purposefully bad service! I was self checking at a time when only two other customers were doing the same. It was 2:45pm on June 24th. When I needed assistance the service attendant saw my need, looked away and finally, as slowly as possible, came over to take my voided item which was necessary to proceed with the order. The only reason for the two stars is that some of their prices are lower than Walmart. Otherwise, I would not go to Kroger.
I realize that we are at the end of the pandemic and that shortages are to be expected. It's just that I've had the same problem for seven years now. Produce is rarely stocked well, although there are two fantastic associates who want to do all they can to assist. Things like spinach, carrots, celery, broccoli, green peppers - things that are staples and seem to be available year round in other stores - are often missing from our choices.
