Absolute worst Kroger I've been to!! They lock their doors thirty minutes early and post a security guard outside that won't allow you in the building. On top of that their hours state they are open til 11pm and they were closed at 9:30 when we arrived!! The employees are rude and every five minutes during the last hour they announce over the loudspeaker that it's time to go. They refuse to help you if it's within the last hour of business. Look I get it! I worked in customer service for over ten years with all kinds of rude customers..but if your job states you are open til a certain time then that means you are open til that time not thirty minutes or an hour or an hour and a half earlier!! Absolutely appalled at how o was just treated by your employees and your security!!!!!!

Everyone here is so friendly!!! I really like their international items, unique finds, and best of all, my grocery bill has been slashed in half compared to our old home in Buffalo NY. THANKS Krog!

Purposefully bad service! I was self checking at a time when only two other customers were doing the same. It was 2:45pm on June 24th. When I needed assistance the service attendant saw my need, looked away and finally, as slowly as possible, came over to take my voided item which was necessary to proceed with the order. The only reason for the two stars is that some of their prices are lower than Walmart. Otherwise, I would not go to Kroger.

I realize that we are at the end of the pandemic and that shortages are to be expected. It's just that I've had the same problem for seven years now. Produce is rarely stocked well, although there are two fantastic associates who want to do all they can to assist. Things like spinach, carrots, celery, broccoli, green peppers - things that are staples and seem to be available year round in other stores - are often missing from our choices. Often produce is not priced either, and now that people are budgeting more than ever, it seems like a simple task that could be done fairly easily. When I've asked for pricing the answer I've been given is "it's sold by the pound." It's the managers telling me this. For the last year I've had to go to a second store to finish my simple shopping. Shame on me for continuing to bang my head against the wall repeatedly instead of just going to Publix (where, incidentally, they are also friendlier.) Added a star to my honest review because of my own idiocy.

Not really sure why this Kroger is getting such bad reviews, it is by no means the worst Kroger around. I like this Kroger because it is usually not too crowded, and carries most of the items I need. I tend to buy brands that are considered "healthy" or "novelty," and over time this location has been picking up more brands that fit into those categories. I have discovered that I do not like shopping at this Kroger past 9 pm, which is a shame, but I feel like it attracts a rougher crowd, and I do not feel as safe. I'm not sure why it has changed at night, seeing as this location is not in a bad neighborhood but perhaps management should assess this concern. I will keep going to this Kroger because it is convenient for me.

Most poorly managed Kroger I've ever experienced. Constantly seeing expired items on shelves, dairy products are always bad (likely because they aren't kept cold enough), and cheese is constantly so dry it's inedible. Simple things to avoid when managed properly.

Another meh Kroger in Nashville. We live pretty near this Kroger, so I'm surprised I hadn't been before. It's no better (and maybe a little bit worse) than the average Nashville Kroger. Old. Not too clean. Few registers open (when I was there, there was one checkout line open plus self check-out). It probably has what you need, but it's not been updated and isn't a great store.

Avoid by all means!!!! The worst Kroger in the USA!!! Every time I shop they mess up the price at the checkout! Be carful from their sale price tags thats is always not correct! When I tell them they made a mistake they act very rude and try to act dummy. This is an on going issue for the last year .. I decided that is much better for me to just drive to publix and get a decent costumer service. I do not recommend!!!

Awful. Customer service is horrible and there's only one register open other than self checkout. Any time of the day there's only one lane open and it fucks the fuck out of every sense of organization

Tonight I entered the Kroger's on Nolensville Pk in Nashville, TN 37211 a lil after 11pm to do my grocery shopping. After selecting my items I approached self check which were the only registers open. There were two ladies, one sitting and one standing, off to the side talking. I proceeded to interrupt by saying "excuse me". I went in to explaining that I had three Wic vouchers (on top of my regular purchase) and that I would need to be checked out. The lady sitting down (I take that was over the self check out area) bluntly said "NO". I looked at her for a second in shock thinking did she just tell me no. I asked what did she mean no. She went in to explain she didn't know how to do it and it would have to be rung through a regular register (that, I know) and no one was there to do that. The girl that knows how to do wic left at 11:00. So I asked not one person in this store knows how? She said, "NO". I then asked what about a manager on duty? (Here's another kicker) The lady standing said she was the manager and no she didn't know how to either! Now, I don't normally do my shopping at this particular location but like the one in my town I knew they would be closing soon at midnight so we decided to stop by this location. Never....I repeat NEVER have I EVER been treat as such! I grew up working grocery for 8 to 9years and everyone in our store HAD to learn ALL the functions of the register. It didn't matter what your position was. Customer Service was the number one priority and we did that by all means! This location really needs some customer service training. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is, as long as the store is open customers service should always be at the top!! Just because I may choose to shop late (for whatever reason) I shouldn't be treated any different!! I really hopes that there will be some change. Especially to this location! Because how I was treated tonight was unacceptable. And all she could say as I was leaving the store was "it's not my fault". How about an apology instead. How about calling another location to have someone walk you through the transaction. Just unacceptable!!

I received the best service from any grocery store at this Kroger, we were asked 3 times if we needed help finding anything and greeted with smiles and friendly polite small talk. The boy pushing carts in the parking lot stopped so we could walk in front of him and wished us a good day and a blessed Sunday. Over all these associates seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and brightened my day after leaving a restaurant with very poor service in search of food. The sushi we chose was also the FRESHEST sushi I have ever had from Kroger and exceeded expectations on all levels

No matter which store you go to it is clean. This Kroger has sub par ( no Boars head) deli meats and cheeses. Everthing else is the same as other Kroger stores.

The gas station does not supply it's windshield washing stations. So if you like washing your windshield when you get gas, don't come here.
