I pull in tonight to get gas at the Kroger on Highway 70, where all four signs on the building, on the awning and the pole sign say $2.39 a gallon for unleaded. I get to the pump and it’s $2.499.
The pharmacy treated me like I’m a drug addict and/or committing a crime for picking up my sleep-aid that I’ve been getting for years. Hell... I have it filled MAYBE 2-3 times a year because I only take it when I absolutely need it. I dropped it off on my lunch (1:pm) along with my daughters medicine. I go back after I get off (7:pm) and SURPRISE I still have to wait for it to be “counted” by the pharmacist. And they were acting las if they had to get it out of the vault at Fort Knox. I’m sorry but does it really matter what Kroger’s I have my medicine filled??? I made sure to ask them if Taylor’s gonna have any problems getting her medicine now that she’s in Murray, KY!
A lesson or two for Kroger stores:
What’s the difference between a veggie roll & a California roll sushi about a $1@ Kroger

Worst ever Place you can Shop. The Manager is Bad and the staff worst. I went to Shop food for my Kids. I'm new in the state. I went twice with vouchers. No One asked me before for the Purple Folder to verify my Signature. They refused the sell me Now because i didnt know This. So Why in the First Place twice they Sold it to me. They are the ones they Need to get a huge fine. I will Never Shop in this Place and I will Report you to the Business Bureau. Thank you for your very Bad Service. You are the ones Breaking the law. I dont know whats wrong with the obsolete Use of vouchers in Tennessee. All others States use a Chip Card.
I needed a birthday balloon so I came here at 10:00 pm. No one was in floral so I went to the front and asked if someone could fill a balloon for me. A young girl at the register said sure but an older women named Joyce flails her arm at her and yells NO! Floral is closed. I was standing right behind her. Did she think I couldn't hear her? Rude. So much for customer service at this Kroger. Hey, Publix. You're looking better all the time. Who needs that kind of treatment. I'm just trying to buy a balloon. I may burn my Kroger card.
If you are looking for cust svc @ Kroger's try Publix.
Worse Kroger in town. Parking lot is TOO small. They let cars stand in front of the door therefore people can't get in and out of the store and cars block the lanes that you are to drive in. Check out never has enough lines open and the so called helpers don't know what lane products are in. Thank goodness Publix is just a mile up the street.

My favorite grocery store. Fresh organic vegetables and more cheap good quality goods.
I must say I am so disappointed in this Kroger. I drive out of my way to come here because it has always had the best sushi, which it still does, the sushi makers are awesome! As for everyone and everything else in the store, it has gone down hill TREMENDOUSLY. Over the last 3 months there has been a serious lack of staff, and the ones who are there are burnt out, and openly express it as you go through their line. I go to this store because they used to have everything I nee
Kroger on Hwy 70 totally sucks! Even with the remodel doesn't help with the staff. Your deli/bakery is suppose to be state of the art now but simply is not. Publix still is the grocery store to shop if you live in the Bellevue area.
Always packed.
I love this store. Variety, and I found great service. Meat Department is super and found the store clean like most Kroger Stores.
