I needed a birthday balloon so I came here at 10:00 pm. No one was in floral so I went to the front and asked if someone could fill a balloon for me. A young girl at the register said sure but an older women named Joyce flails her arm at her and yells NO! Floral is closed. I was standing right behind her. Did she think I couldn't hear her? Rude. So much for customer service at this Kroger. Hey, Publix. You're looking better all the time. Who needs that kind of treatment....
