I came to this bakery Wednesday looking for a cake for my daughter, I first the sales lady was fine, we greeted one another, and told her what I was looking for, she pointed me to the cakes, I was asking questions about the flavors, maybe too many questions because the look on her face was not pleasant! I finally got a cake, got home and the decorations were for a boy, the filling on the cake was peach and it turned out awful, $32 down the drain!! Will not be visiting again, not too friendly at all. Am Hispanic too, and spoke to her in Spanish.

Very bad service, and bad cake. I ordered a cake with a design that I selected in the catalog that they have, and the cake that they gave me is totally different, I was so upset because they have the catalog that we can choose the design and it was so different. The cake is so bad, we eating right now and the taste of the cake is so bad. I will never come back to that bakery.

I have been in there a lot of times and bought many cakes and pastries. They are always good. The reason I’m giving a one star review is I went in today to buy a cake, they were busy, so I stood by the cakes for about 10 minutes waiting for a break in the line so that I could tell them which cake I wanted. A man had just walked in about one minute Before they had a break in the line. The cashier came from behind the counter, walked past me like I did not exist and asked the man if she could help him. He said he was good so she turned around, walked past me again, completely ignoring me and went back to the counter. My husband is from El Salvador. I am white. he approached And she started speaking with him, asking him if he needed help. he pointed out the cake that we wanted. We both walked to the counter, and she still refused to acknowledge that I existed. I was paying and she still wouldn’t even look at me. So I put my money away , my husband paid . They will not get another dime from me.

Buenas tardes para empezar me encuentro decepcionada por el servicio que este lugar ofrece, el día hoy fui a retirar un pastel para el cumpleaños de mi sobrino y lastimosamente ellos nos entregaron con mala presentación, se les pidió que el decorado fuera con uvas y nos pusieron duraznos cosa que no me gustó por que el jugo del durazno hizo que las letras del pastel se vaya deshaciendo de poco. En ese sitio no entienden lo que quiere el cliente o simplemente no les da la gana de hacer bien su trabajo o no les gusta trabajar. Recomiendo que el dueño de este lugar vaya y supervise a sus empleados para que no suceda a otros clientes.
