I had stopped going to Logan’s because the quality of the food and service went to a real low. After going to lunch today at the West Nashville location I was very pleased. Ribs were moist and tasty. The entire meal was good including the service.

Terry was a great waiter. Our orders were cooked very well except for my husband's steak it was a bit too rare. The table was dirty upon arriving so the hostess cleaned the table as we were seated during a very slow period we were there at (around 4 pm in the afternoon). Nice atmosphere, nice employees.

Went at 5:30 on a Thursday, was busy but we were seated right away. They offer peanuts at the door and at the table, and soft warm buns as you wait for food. Server was polite taking our orders and stopped by a couple times to check on us. My food was very good (pulled pork w/ BBQ) and friends said their steaks were both very good as well. Nice casual atmosphere, great food, and good prices. We will definitely go back!

I was at the Logan's at Nashville West today for lunch with my son & granddaughter. We met at 11:00 AM sharp. We all ordered a chicken salad & water. We waited 35 - 40 minutes for our food. My granddaughter had to leave hers because she was on lunch hour and had to go back to work. I would not reccomend this place to anyone- SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!

My meal was well prepared, and the waiter Joshua was very professional, and great customer service. Of course everyone knows about the tasty rolls, the burger was cooked perfectly, fries were fresh and hot. Really enjoyed the meal

I’m so disappointed with Logan’s, we came in at 7:45 and left at 9:30 and not because we wanted to. Our order came out all at different times and not close together 20 minutes apart. It seems that there was no manager there because if there was then they should’ve come to make this right. The tea was gross, the food was sub par if some of us ever got our food. There was a Kids meal that took literally an hour and 20 minutes to get out and a burger that never was brought out. We drove out of our way to eat at Logan’s and knowing we were unhappy nothing was done to make it right. Our waitress really tried to help but there is only so much she could do with a slow kitchen and possibly no manager there. She also said she had to work as the hostess and in the kitchen. There was plenty of wait staff there so I’m not sure why they were sitting on their phones and not working together to get the meals out to the guest. As a manager myself I was expecting a little bit more than “oh I’m sorry this is just a crazy day” over and over again. I’m not even asking for anything for free, all I want is an explanation of why was this place not working as a team and where was a manager?

I love Logan's because it is inexpensive and they have an extensive menu. When I am with a large diverse group everyone can find something to eat that they like. They have most everything in the way of American food, but you can also find lighter fare for the health conscious. Their salmon is delicious. The freshly baked yeast rolls are very dangerous. If you eat one, you are hooked!
They seem to always be out of the prime rib special... and not just at this location , but most locations... unfortunate since that what 4 of us went there for. And then ran out of the next choice ribeye!? So I really don't know why they advertise these items...this is the second time we have been disappointed... not to mention foods cold and all the fire alarms going off during dinner...☹

My steak was cooked perfectly and our server was very friendly. Music was a little loud but other than that it was awesome. The female manager came and asked how we were doing and was very pleasant. We will be returning to this location and were glad we gave it another shot. We came about a year ago and you can tell a lot has changed for the better.

It took an hour to get our order that was poorly cooked and unfit to eat for all 4 in the party. We had been there so long that we just paid and left. Never going there ever again. Ugh!
