The steak was great but the rest of the food was cold. The service was awful. I ordered a drink and it took longer to get than our food. Part of our order was missing and we didn't get it until after we were done eating - no offer of discount or refund. When we asked for A-1 sauce, we were half-way through our meal before we received it. Very disappointed.

Had an amazing lunch at LongHorn Steakhouse on Charlotte Pike just outside of Nashville! The food was cooked perfectly, but the real star was our waitress, Allison. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right from start to finish. Her timing was perfect, drinks were always full, and she had a warm, genuine attitude that made our day. Excellent service all around—thank you, Allison! We’ll definitely be back.

Great Steaks with right temperature cooked, we loved it.
I wish they become better at treating people,, I don’t know if it was because we are Latinos, but made us wait 1 hour and 10 minutes,, and at first we were told 30 minute wait,, and after all that they told us to wait 15 minutes more,, and it’s not okay to do that to people,, there was this server that was talking rude just because we were asking what was happening,, I did see they were sitting other people but us ,, they just need to be honest if they don’t want certain people there ( just let them know .

It was a good experience all around. People were friendly, the restaurant was clean, they were working short-handed but didn't miss a beat. The manager even took time out to have a small conversation with us as well. We felt very welcomed.
