Katie was our server the other night and she made it one of the best server experiences we ever had. My husband left his card at our table and she returned it to the front desk. Her honesty is refreshing and she went above and beyond to serve us the best way she could.
We have been going to Maggiano's for ten + years for a Christmas special family dinner. It used to be beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff / management was professional and customer focused. Sadly, this year it was similar to a carnival crew working a Krystal on Murfreesboro Road. Upper middle tier dining at Maggiano's is gone!!!!!! Stay clear.
Liz took great care of us as we celebrated our 25th anniversary. We’ve never been disappointed by Maggiano’s.
