Driving thru. Excited to try this eatery because of all the reviews. Left disappointed. Ordered to go. Easy to order online except there are no descriptions for ingredients in meals and sauces. Pleasant when we came in to pick it up. Clean, spacious, one stall bathrooms with two available. Overpriced for the proportions given. Taste didn’t Wow! And they forgot to add any sauce despite us ordering them.

Parking: Small parking garage located next to the restaurant.

Amazing lattes, food, service, and atmosphere! My girlfriend and I went around 10am on a Tuesday and there were plenty of available seats. It wasn’t too crowded and the tables were very clean. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was truly delicious. I got the five and dime biscuit sandwich with the maple pumpkin spice latte. My girlfriend got the apple cinnamon waffle with the caramel mocha latte. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Had been before but prior to Harley working there. She is exceptional at her job and loves to be there. She is welcoming and professional. Great food and even better service. A+ ma’am. Give her a raise! side note, the bathrooms are gender neutral!

I ate here this morning for the first time. The food was amazing, I had the 5 and Dime. Everything was great, but the gravy is amazing. This breakfast was as good as I have had anywhere.

I’m going to start this off by saying we all need to have higher standards for the food we buy out. The cost of food is too high to be paying for sub-par food.
The workers were kind and friendly here! That’s the end of good things I have to say.
Ordered breakfast tacos and the retro breakfast. It came out in less than 5 minutes (red flag), one of the tacos had hair in it (another red flag). Against my better judgment we still decided to eat our food. The gravy was cold and sloppy, the eggs were cold and rubbery (shouldn’t eggs be cooked to order, how were they cold?), the bacon was fine I guess, and the “smashbrowns” were flavorless. We ate maybe a quarter of our meal and were out in less than ten minutes. Ten minutes after that we were doubled over in pain from the food that had probably been sitting out all morning.
Don’t need a resolution, just want people to know they can do better than this!!

The food was on point and a nice variety of food and drinks on the menu. Parking was fantastic. I was sad that there there were no waffles or sweet potatoes available during my breakfast visit. Very spacious indoor and outdoor seating.

I am a big fan of the Maple Street Biscuit Company chain. This was unfortunately not my best experience. Stopped by yesterday around 1030 on the way to the Titans game. Line was long to order, which is normal, but the wait for our food was around 65 minutes. Had less than five minutes to eat before we had to leave.
