Very poor service. Had messaged about celebrating a special birthday and nothing was recognized or said or done. Took forever to get one persons food when 3 others had theirs. Truly a terrible experience.

It is not a family environment when my child refuses to go to the bathroom because there's a bathroom ‘service attendant' that practically stands/watches visitors so they can handout paper towels (in anticipation of a tip). Never going back.
