Amazing group of restaurant employees at this location. Food was incredible and a karaoke was superb. I attempted to give them a song but I think I embarrassed myself severely. Thank you for a good time!

We typically receive good service at this location during the week, which is why tonight’s experience was especially disappointing. While we understand that weekends can be busier than usual, that does not justify rushing customers or being dismissive.

When placing our order, we specifically requested extra green and red sauce. We also tipped the young lady who initially took our order. When our food was ready, a different employee handed us the bag. To ensure our request had been fulfilled, we asked her directly if the extra sauce was included. She responded “yes,” but did so in a manner that made it clear she was in a hurry and unwilling to engage further.

Trusting her response, we left. Once home, we discovered that our order of 10 tacos included only three small cups of sauce—clearly not what we had requested. We returned to the store and approached the register calmly. Upon seeing us, the employee who handed us the order visibly avoided eye contact and appeared unwilling to address the issue.

When we explained that the extra sauce was not included, instead of assisting us directly, she asked the security guard—who had been polite and professional in previous interactions—to retrieve the sauce for us. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that the mistake stemmed from her assurance that the request had been fulfilled.

Overall, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional demeanor of this individual significantly impacted what is usually a positive experience for us. Unfortunately, due to how this situation was handled, we will not be returning.

The atmosphere is really fun and colorful and the staff is great. I enjoyed my food but the shrimp cocktail was very different from what I am used to so I was not a fan.

There was also a pretty bad leak from the ceiling next to our table
