I come here when I don’t feel like battling lunch traffic to get to Hugh Baby’s. It’s 5 minutes from my office so it’s fast and convenient. They do a good job at getting me in and out. My average visit lasts 5 minutes or less. You don’t get concierge service but, it’s McDonalds. I don’t expect it. What o do is expect is to get my $15 worth when I order a “large” fry. My first job was at Wendy’s and when you order a “Biggie” Fry, it’s full. Every time I order large fries, at this location, it’s half empty and the most of the fries are less than 2” long. That’s really my only complaint. The food is always fresh, accurate, and hot. Please, just fill the fry box. Prices have doubled in the last two years. Make me feel better about spending $15 on McDonald’s.

First I pulled up to the speak I was greeted very unprofessional like you ready to order no hello no welcome to McDonald's nothing and Went to get food asked for it to be fresh they said ok when I got it the nuggets was full of oil and nasty because they where redropped the fries were overcooked some cold some extra hard some brown some tan because they where redropped I went to take it back they were closed.....

This is so nasty I was just at this location about 20 minutes ago to get something to drink and eat and they had a cockroach on the wall and she was pregnant and the gentleman at the window the young kid, Hispanic gentleman and the manager were very very rude to me Nasty snotty didn’t apologize didn’t say a worksheet. They both have to receipt out of my hand. She literally threw the money at me. Didn’t say anything to me and gave me a whole attitude. It made me wait 10 minutes to get my refund back when she wasn’t doing nothing but dropping fries and they had two people in the in the in the in the drive-through and one person at the kiosk on the inside and you’re mad at me because y’all got roaches and I don’t want my stuff from here. Dislocation needs to get it together with not only the cleanliness but with the staff because that is so inappropriate to heal handle the way they handled that should be ashamed of themselves.

Went through the drive through at 1:30 A.M. ordered a caramel frappe from a girl, who seemed annoyed at having to take my order.

She told me that they were out of caramel frappe's so I changed my order to a number 7 with a large coke. She told me the total and to pull up to the second window.

When I got up to the second window, the girl who was there to take my money asked me if I had the #1 with out pickles and I said "nope I ordered a #7 with a large coke" she looked genuinely confused and stood there.....staring into to kitchen.... for like a minute or maybe even 2.... it was enough time for me to realize I made a mistake coming to that Mcdonalds.

Once she regained her faculties she asked the girl who took my order if she well....took my order. To which the girl girl replied no....

She then turned to me and said "she said we didnt get any order for that....To which I said "Are you seriously telling me I dont know what I ordered?"

She said "She said no one ordered that" I said "But I did...I promise" she said "well i cant take orders up here" which is not true. I have had other Mcdonalds change the order at the window when they screwed up.

Sooo I said "im good I will go somewhere else" and drove off....

Do better at hiring Mconalds....seriously

Just stopping by on our way through town on a road trip. My daughters and I all ordered separately (because they want their own rewards in the app ?) and all of the orders were correct. My sandwich was well put together, hot, and tasted good. Customization requests (removal of specific ingredients) were correctly followed. My caramel iced coffee was really good, and the customization there (light ice, extra espresso shot) was also correct.

Would definitely eat here again.

Vegetarian options: Don't know about vegan, but plenty of meat free breakfast items. (I love eggs and need the protein, so I'm definitely eating those.)
