McDougal's Chicken Fingers & Wings

Im sorry. I got the Large Chicken basket.
The breeding was OK, but lacked seasoning. The Chicken wasn't juicy nor mouth watering. It was very bland. The sauces taste store bought. Very basic. The toast was not bad - expected Texas Toast. For $20 I expected it to be much better - it tasted store bought. Raising Canes is far better and more economical. Once again, in sorry.

I first discovered McDougal’s at the white bridge location! It’s been 7/8 years of loving this place! Any time I’m near, I’m getting it for lunch! 10/10 everytime! Owner/Staff are amazing!

This place is a go-to for consistently great chicken. Everything is cooked perfectly every time — juicy, flavorful, and satisfying. The menu hits all the right notes, and you can always count on the quality to be steady.

Unfortunately, their prices have completely gotten out of hand. As of 1/16, they’re no longer offering drinks with their large baskets. So not only is the large basket $18.65 after tax you now have to pay an extra 3 dollars for a drink. Disappointing to say the least, but I won’t ever be robbed blind again. Completely disgusting.

Chicken is always hot fresh and fast. First chance to come back in a while, but still as good as I remember. Love it.

I’m all for competing in the over-saturated chicken shop market that is the United States. There are plenty of places that deserve more recognition and an army of others that deserve to be closed.

This place simply wasnt good. I ordered to go ( a newbie move at most chicken joints ) and was left with a soggy mess of average flavored, oversized tenders with a breading that belonged in a cafeteria. Maybe the sandwiches are what theyre known for? The space is cool, could use a menu revision and possibly new kitchen staff.

For an almost $20 meal this should absolutely come with a drink. I was just told they no longer come with drinks and it stopped a week ago. That’s crazy for the price.

This place needs to be shut down and burned to the ground and start over again.
The chicken was not cooked. I see why they push the sauces to cover up the pathetic chicken. Drinks are not part of the total price. Paid $30 for the meal only to discover drinks not included. Abd oh, they don't accept cash. Smfh.... The drink was the BEST part of the meal however they were out of Root beer which is what I really wanted.
We threw the whole meal away to go to Zaxby's on Charlotte and was disappointed YET AGAIN. Folks in Nashville obviously do not follow directions. I am diabetic and had to throw my tea away because it was sweet not unsweetened as I specified twice.
So we spent over $60 tonight only to be severely disappointed.

Chicken is amazing, atmosphere is fun! Outside area for kids! Best chicken in town! And the fries are fabulous! Buffalo and Honey bee sauces are good to!
