McDougal's Chicken Fingers & Wings

I’m all for competing in the over-saturated chicken shop market that is the United States. There are plenty of places that deserve more recognition and an army of others that deserve to be closed.

This place simply wasnt good. I ordered to go ( a newbie move at most chicken joints ) and was left with a soggy mess of average flavored, oversized tenders with a breading that belonged in a cafeteria. Maybe the sandwiches are what theyre known for? The space is cool, could use a menu revision and possibly new kitchen staff.

For an almost $20 meal this should absolutely come with a drink. I was just told they no longer come with drinks and it stopped a week ago. That’s crazy for the price.

This place needs to be shut down and burned to the ground and start over again.
The chicken was not cooked. I see why they push the sauces to cover up the pathetic chicken. Drinks are not part of the total price. Paid $30 for the meal only to discover drinks not included. Abd oh, they don't accept cash. Smfh.... The drink was the BEST part of the meal however they were out of Root beer which is what I really wanted.
We threw the whole meal away to go to Zaxby's on Charlotte and was disappointed YET AGAIN. Folks in Nashville obviously do not follow directions. I am diabetic and had to throw my tea away because it was sweet not unsweetened as I specified twice.
So we spent over $60 tonight only to be severely disappointed.

Chicken is amazing, atmosphere is fun! Outside area for kids! Best chicken in town! And the fries are fabulous! Buffalo and Honey bee sauces are good to!

We showed up with a ton of kids from first day of school and they handled our crew like a champ! The staff were so kind to our kids and went above and beyond to keep them occupied! Can’t say how much we appreciate a kid friendly spot!!

This place came into my life when I needed it. Awesome two beers for one deal, tasty chicken, and great sauces. Servers couldn't be nicer. McDougal's is home!

I've been frequenting this place for 10 plus years. I've never had a bad experience! The chicken tenders are always fresh and hot. The only one thing I will say I wish they would bring back is the ice cream machine. I mean who in the hell thought that was a good idea??? Get it together Tommy😂😂😂😂

My husband and I went there on our way home. I received 6 bone in wings...I got 3 plain and 3 with a sauce on them...The ones with the sauce didn't look like they had been tossed...It looked like they took sauce and just drizzled it on...My husband's tenders were just mediocre..Very disappointed...

Took my dog for some summer dining at McDougals and it didn’t disappoint! Ordered the chicken fingers and fries - and it came with so many sauces I lost count! The chicken fingers were very good - crispy, juicy and cooked just right. The fries had some great seasoning and were crispy, not soggy! The staff was incredible and the outside patio area was such a great spot to hang out and enjoy dinner and a high noon!
