Finally! The food is back to what it use to be Awesome! I stopped visiting here some time ago because the food had gotten less satisfying but I was driving thru edgewood and decided I haven't had a 3pc tender basket fried dipped in honey bee sauce in a long time. Everything was hot, fries were not burned and hard and the tenders weren't hard. Well done guys !

This is second time this happens to me at this location. I don't know if it's my luck or the fact that I look different to everyone in here, but I ordered and people who ordered exactly the same as me was served before. I waited and waited and over 20 minutes later I got my order. I hate when you have to wait so long for lunch. Service here sucks.

Nice atmosphere and good customer service. The food was good and fresh. The French fries reminded me of “Five Guys” style, so a little spice but not overwhelming. The tenders (fingers) were good quality. Got them tossed in original buffalo, gold, and honeybee. Definitely recommend the honeybee! Will visit again.

I used uber eats to place an order last night for pick up. It was my first time trying this place and I was disappointed with a few things. Before I share my disappointment, a positive is that they had a buy one get one free deal which was really great for me and my boyfriend to be able to try the food. The price and the Citrus Chipotle flavor were positives so that’s why I gave 3 stars. However, I did not feel welcome when I walked in as no one bothered to greet me even though there was a guy standing at the counter. I got there a few minutes before the estimated time for my food to be ready so I just waited to be acknowledged so that I could give my name or information needed for my pick up order. Uber eats still hadn’t been updated saying that my food was ready so I continued to wait. There was a bag sitting on the counter, but I didn’t want to assume it was mine and touch someone else’s food and it was a little too far for me to see the name and order on the bag. By the time the guy finally handed me my food and I got to the car, the fries were soggy. This standard of service is unacceptable and Mcdougal’s will not be getting another dollar from me.

I ordered a large fried chicken tender basket and they came out with BBQ smothered on top. I ordered them plain with honey mustard on the side. When I went up front to tell the workers about this, the Caucasian male register stated with an attitude that I “definitely did” ask for sauce on the tenders which I didn’t. His tone was rude and unprofessional. They did give me new tenders which I appreciated. Good food.

I like seasoned food. Their chicken tenders have no seasoning. The breading either...
That's fine for some people, if you like sauce for tasting. But I like to know that a restaurant put forth an effort to marinate the chicken and season the flour/batter/breading for flavor.
Not lean purely on a sauce. As you can see, I don't like dipping sauces at all. This place has no flavor if you don't sauce and is a waste of time and money. Great if you don't like seasoned chicken, though. I hope this helps the owners and patrons.

I had high hopes for this place, but the chicken is like something an alien made by uploading a picture of a chicken strip to their 3D printer and using unflavored filament, and the breading seems like it was made from dead grass, I would eat it again if necessary though, because there was nothing offensive about it, aside from maybe how stunningly dry everything was. For $8, I think this would have been an acceptable deal, but the plate was around $25 after taxes. Would not recommend when other restaurants are an option.

Food, service, and the vibe were all great. They have a very cool outdoor area and the inside was a good atmosphere as well. The workers were all very nice and quick.
