This place is a hidden gem in the gulch because there usually isn't a long wait. Keep this place secret but also give it it's flowers 💐
Service is great food is consistent. The chicken and waffles are bomb. Chicken is crispy and the syrup doesn't taste cheap.

My first time in Nashville, and I stayed at the Canopy in the Gulch to celebrate my birthday solo. I wanted to experience the atmosphere at Silo and I'm so glad I did.
I ordered the pizza and was thoroughly impressed. Even more memorable was the exceptional service from my bartender and server, Michael. He crafted phenomenal drinks—perfectly balanced, refreshing, sexy and exactly what I was looking for.

Great food spot in the Canopy hotel! I had the breakfast burrito (SO good) and a Spanish latte. Staff was friendly service was quick. Had a few drinks at the bar later in the day and the bartender was really nice.
