We had an amazing experience at Mimo for their Easter brunch this year. Our waitress Sarah was attentive, pleasant and welcoming. The food was incredible and the selection provided so much variety. It was hard to choose. Thank you for the delightful experience and we will be back!

The staff was extremely kind and personable. The restaurant was much more casual than I had expected which you don't get very often with A+++ service.I think the food was overpriced. While it was good, it did not justify the priciness. The bread was, made in house I believe but was not worth 8 bucks...The scallops were not seared evenly and were on the cusp of rubbery. The "side" order of mushrooms was pretty good but for some reason was about twice as much food as the scallop entree! The modern Titamisu was excellent and the skillet cookie was just pretty good. The dining room Faces 1st Ave and is an AMAZING spot for people watching. It really was fun. Glad I got to try a new place but I doubt I'll ever make it back here

We started at the bar before our reservation. At least three employees walked by without any acknowledgment. Once my friend ordered a bottle of wine they got their initial pour then no one came by. Can they pour their own wine? Yes. Should they have to at an establishment of this level? Nope. Once the table was ready we had to ask for the bottle to be moved to the table.Where everything started to look up was our server at the table. Al was the reason I gave four stars instead of three. He was personable, attentive, and engaging. He brought the level of service we expected from. Four Seasons restaurant. The food was good. We had the focaccia bread, oysters and charcuterie board for starters. The oysters were not great but the other two were delicious. Two of our party had the short ribs which were seasoned perfectly. Another had the fish which was good. Another had the filet which was the absolute best of all the dishes. We finished with the tiramisu, Nutella affogato, and limoncello. The presentation on the limoncello was spectacular! My personal favorite was the affogato which I thought would be my least favorite.I suppose for a restaurant for folks staying at the hotel it was good enough. As a Nashville native with hundreds of choices for unique meals, I can’t see me returning here or recommending it. The culinary competition in Nashville is just too great and restaurants at lower price points offer way better customer service.

We enjoyed the Nashville restaurant week dinner menu highlighting octopus, salmon and chocolate mousse with vanilla ice cream! Food was delicious, portion sizes were great and the presentation was excellent! Service was outstanding for a group of 6 people!

Everything about this experience was fabulous! Larkin & Dakota were hands down the best servers I’ve ever had. Mimos attention to detail is unlike any other restaurant. Will absolutely be dinning here again. Love all the appetizers and entrees. Recommend trying an array of items since picking one is almost impossible!

We enjoyed our dinner at Mimi last night! The food was amazing, we enjoyed every bite of it. The ambiance is very peaceful and very enjoyable. Our server Sarah was awesome, very attentive and meticulous. We will definitely be back!

Service was good. Food wasn't anything special. Been to much better places than the four seasons. My chicken was extremely dried out. It was supposed to be a half a chicken and the pieces were like for a child. The manager on duty that evening was not helpful at all. Besides, the fact, the valet parking was extremely rude. They told us they were trying to locate our car when we were ready to leave. We waited 30 minutes for them to retrieve the car. Definitely not worth going to.

Went yesterday for a belated Valentine’s Day brunch after our spa appointment. Our waiter, Mark, was so kind and made it such an enjoyable experience. He was so quick and knowledgeable! He’s the true reason we would return. Management walked through and acknowledged seemingly everyone but us which is fine. Seemed like there were a lot of regulars and VIPs. However, as someone that used to work in hospitality, one way to amass return customers and diners is to give everyone that experience. Simply coming over to our table to check in would have been appreciated. We had the granola bowl, tacos, pancakes, and tried a few different drinks from coffee to spritzes. Everything was exceptional! Given mark’s professionalism, the variety of delicious options, and the fact that we live right down the street, we definitely plan to come back!

Our waitress Jessica was outstanding easy to talk to and very attentive. She made recommendations with everyone of them being spot on. Loved the views of the city and decor was top notch.

We had reservations at 8:30 pm and didn't get seated until 9:20 pm. I had to go up to the front desk and ask about the reservation since no one came by or texted at 8:32 pm. Empty seating but apparently they were too “busy” to seat anyone. Waited by the bar to be greeted while 3 bartenders stood there. Customer service is lacking and the Food was mediocre.

Everyone from the valet to our hostess and to our server - Jessica - and to her assistant were extremely welcoming, efficient and kind. The focaccia, pasta and dessert was divine. Thank you for such a great dining experience.

We were greeted perfectly by the hostesses. Our waitress was just ok, seemed lackluster, but the young man who assisted her was friendly and attentive. My husband's short ribs were delicious, as was the foccacia, and side salad. My caciao e pepe was good, but served in a bowl with a large chip in it. When I pointed the chip out to our waitress, she said "Oh". I expected more from a restaurant in the Four Seasons hotel, especially for what the monetary cost is. I doubt we'll go back.
