The staff was extremely kind and personable. The restaurant was much more casual than I had expected which you don't get very often with A+++ service.I think the food was overpriced. We started at the bar before our reservation. At least three employees walked by without any acknowledgment. Once my friend ordered a bottle of wine they got their initial pour then no one came by. Can they pour their own wine? Yes. Should they have to at an establishment of this level? Nope. Once the table was ready we had to ask for the bottle to be moved to the table.Where everything started to look up was our server at the table. We had an amazing experience at Mimo for their Easter brunch this year. Our waitress Sarah was attentive, pleasant and welcoming. The food was incredible and the selection provided so much variety. It was hard to choose. Thank you for the delightful experience and we will be back!
