We spoke to Danielle when we arrived early for our flight. We are Capital One users with priority pass but were unaware that Capital One withdrew membership to the minute suites partnership. Danielle was super helpful and sweet and still honored a discounted rate as priority pass members. Will definitely come back.
I did not use the online booking feature, so I cannot speak to that. When Southwest Airlines screws up so bad and leaves you stranded in the airport overnight, Minute Suites is there to help you get some quiet, safe shut eye before rejoining the battle of flights. I camped at the gate in front of Minute Suites and upon their opening was greeted with excellent service that quickly helped book me a room catch some much needed sleep.
