Fantastic food & a warm, welcoming experience. We waited an hour to get in for lunch and it was well worth the experience, with the exception of a particularly difficult patron who refused to be satisfied, except to give the server a lot of grief. Our table rallied and determined that we would leave this server an additional tip under our dessert plates! We were saddened to just learn of this magnificent, historic restaurant, only to learn that the property is owned by the airport and the restaurant was set to close the following weekend. We hope that it stays open and continues to serve FANTASTIC food, and offer great ambiance in the historic building with its family style serving system. We met new friends and the fried chicken was the BEST!!

We love this place. It's in an old house converted into a restaurant. Family style eating at its finest. Truth, Southern cuisine. The service is excellent, and we always leave there with a smile on our face. We have met some of the most interesting people there. This is a must go - see - do place when visiting the Nashville area.

So sad to learn the Manor is closing on 4/21/24 due to tge airport expansion. We love coming here and sharing meals with people we may have never have had the pleasure of meeting otherwise. We always enjoy the food but the company is always the highlight. ??Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly.

My first time there, I was shocked at first, the table I sat at there were 14 of us around one table. I said, aw this is awsome, I'm very social I'll talk to anybody. It was a great experience there were many backgrounds at that table and we had a good ole time, getting the food and passing it around the table, talking, laughing having a good time.Food was great, they have a certain meal they fix each day. Bring it out in big quantities everyone passes it around the table.Now sadly the location by the airport on Murfreesboro rd is closing soon, I believe they said April 22nd will be the last day. I believe their expanding one of the runways.I hope the mansion can be saved.
