The food is “mouthwatering”. The sweet potatoes are my favorite so tender and sweet😍! Fish and chicken seasoned to perfection. I would recommend this restaurant if you want some delicious southern dishes! Monique’s Home Style Cooking is the place to eat!

The food was delicious! I came back two days straight. I love the fact that the menu is different each day. One day I had oxtail, green beans, fried apples, and Mac n cheese. Hot water corn bread comes with the meal. I came 10 minutes before closing and the food was still fresh. The second day I had the lasagna. It was some of the best I have ever had. My only complaint is that that close at 3pm on week days.

Visited today. Haven’t been in a while bc the prices don’t match the food portion size. I ordered a roast plate with a scoop of dressing sweet potatoes 2 sides of greens. They charged me $30. Black should support black businesses but sad to say this is the outcome at times. Will not be returning.

Monique's food was delicious. Our family reunion attendees enjoyed EVERY morsel! The catfish, potato salad, was definitely a hit! The fried chicken and Mac N Cheese were favorites as well! Kudos!

This is the best food in Nashville. The people are amazing! The services are top- tier. I go there at least once a week.
They have even hired my band to play at some events they had! I would recommend this place to everyone. If you come to Nashville, you must stop by Monique’s!!

Home cooking that is cooked with love! Oxtails are the best I've had! All sides we had are tasty! Fried chicken was on point! And the sweet tea was perfect to wash it down! We will definitely go back again.
