Stopped by to kill some time. Ordered the #1 crepe and it was amazing! So tasty and cheesy! The service was great!

We tried several crepes on the menu and ALL of them were AMAZING! From the Nutella & strawberry, to the nurella & banana, or my personal favorite “Number 2” the breakfast crepe with egg, spinach and mushrooms was 10 stars! Even better than the food, was the people, who were so kind to us and our boys that we came back two days in a row!! Don’t miss out on this great spot to fuel up before a Nashville adventure!

Best Crepe place I have ever tried the Philly Cheese Steak Crepe genuinely brought a tear to my eyes. The creaminess, the sauce, the flavor. God sent a place like this on earth and not trying it would be a disservice to yourself.

Crepes, with their delicate texture and versatile nature, have captivated food enthusiasts around the globe. Originating in the Brittany region of France, these thin pancakes are traditionally made from wheat flour, but variations using buckwheat flour offer a delightful nutty flavor. The batter, simple yet refined, is cooked on a flat, round surface, resulting in a tender canvas that can be adapted to both sweet and savory fillings. This adaptability is key to the crepe's enduring appeal, making it a staple in diverse culinary settings, from street food carts to elegant dining establishments.

The beauty of the crepe lies in its endless possibilities for customization. Sweet crepes often feature fillings such as Nutella, fresh fruit, whipped cream, or a dusting of powdered sugar, creating a delightful dessert. Savory crepes, on the other hand, can be filled with ingredients like ham and cheese, spinach and mushrooms, or even seafood, offering a satisfying and flavorful meal. Regional variations further enhance the crepe's versatility, with different countries and cultures adding their unique twist to this classic dish. Whether enjoyed as a quick snack or a gourmet creation, crepes offer a culinary experience that is both comforting and exciting.

Beyond their delicious taste and adaptability, crepes hold a special place in cultural traditions and celebrations. In France, La Chandeleur, or Candlemas, is celebrated on February 2nd with the making and eating of crepes. This tradition symbolizes prosperity and good fortune for the year ahead. The act of flipping a crepe in the pan while holding a coin in the other hand is believed to bring wealth and happiness. Crepes, therefore, are more than just a food; they are a symbol of cultural heritage and a source of joy, bringing people together through the simple pleasure of sharing a delicious meal.
