Nashville Underground is a fantastic spot to escape the chaos of Broadway. The spicy chicken sandwiches are not for the faint of heart! The top floor offers excellent dishes like chicken and waffles, the three-meat BBQ sandwich, and the highly recommended meat balls. The manager even treated us to delicious collard greens. The friendly staff and great cocktails make it a perfect place for a meal and a drink.
The restaurant is right on Broadway and can accommodate both small and large groups, with private floors available for events. The food is really good, served hot and ready with fast service. The bar is well-staffed, so there’s no long wait for drinks. While some floors or the rooftop may occasionally be closed for private events, the ground floor still offers a great experience. Live bands aren’t always playing, but the terrific staff ensures a welcoming atmosphere. For anyone traveling to Nashville, this place comes highly recommended.
