It is a shame. I have to leave this place because the patios atmosphere is really good and the food is pretty decent. But that was by far the worst service I’ve ever received in Nashville!!! The server took 10 minutes to acknowledge us after we sat down. We asked for menus and then she took 10 more minutes to bring us a menu and dropped it off without saying anything. When she finally came back 10 minutes later I asked to try a beer and she said I had to pick what I wanted right then because happy hour was ending even though we had already been sitting down for 30 minutes without a chance to order. So we ordered our drinks and food at the same time to get the happy hour deal. Our server then disappeared again and our food came out before our drinks after waiting another 5 minutes I had to go to the bar to ask them for our beers and we didn’t see our waitress again until she dropped off the check without asking if we wanted another drink. It felt like she was trying to give us bad service on purpose!!!!

This has been our go-to spot for years. If you’re lucky enough to get Sarah or Katie as your server, it’ll become yours too. Good drinks, great food and impeccable service. We are here at least once a week if not more, and always where we take our out-of-town visitors. Sarah and Katie keep our drinks filled, our food hot and the vibes always high. Can’t say enough good things about them, thank you ladies!! To neighbors, we’ll see you next week ❤️

Came to this location says the kitchen closes at 11 walk in whens is poring raining at 10:41 server nowhere to found and when I walked to the bar bartender say I can order food after 10:45 I mean if the server was present I could have ordered but also in the kitchen closes at 11 then it should stay open till 11 as advertised won’t come back to this spot and won’t recommend

I've been coming to neighbors for almost 10 years. smoked wings were the best wings I've ever had when you smoked 100% with the hot dry rub seasoning it was the perfect concoction. Then you went to smoke 80% then deep fry last 20% good but not as good. Now you have changed again and I have to say they are probably some of the worst wings I've had. Extremely dry meat, hard crunchy skin and then just smothered with dry rub before you serve. It's not just Sylvan park i went over to Germantown one as well and they are the exact same way. The wings are just not good anymore. wish you would go back to 10 years ago where they were smoked 100% and the best wings in the country. Great place to go but stay away from smoked wings until they do something to make them better.

This place has gone down hill so much just within the last 6-8 months. Used to be the best bar in the area, now it takes way too long to get drinks and the food quality has decreased tremendously. None of the OG staff is there anymore, staff that has worked there for as long as I can remember. So, not really sure how ownership treats their employees, seems odd that they’d lose an entire staff. The people in there now seem like they’ve never worked in a restaurant before. All in all, there are far better places in the area to grab food and drinks!
