Service was terrible. We were seated and it took 10 minutes to see our waitress. Then we didn't see her for 15 minutes. Someone else brought our orders One of our orders was completely wrong. It was chicken rather than salmon lol. Took another 10 minutes to get the attention of someone who cared, but by that point, it was not worth correcting order. We thought it was a miracle when they refilled our waters about a half an hour in . Also heard other customers complaining. We used to love the Nordstrom‘s Grill in Naples, Florida. This was terrible.

I have eaten there many times over the years. My latest experience was not as good. The shrimp on my husband's shrimp and crab Louis were hard, overcooked and tasteless. He couldn't eat them. His salad was supposed to have avocado but did not.The mixed lettuces were not mixed but rather stringy pieces of lettuce. My turkey sandwich was lacking the avocado and the simple salad had a dressing that was also tasteless. The usual dressing that I believe was garlicky, for that salad had changed. The lunch was very disappointing and surprising since we had had those items on previous occasions and loved them.

We have been to the Nordstrom Grill several times. Great menu, fantastic service, nice wine list and small bar. Today there was a group of 10 very loud women celebrating something. It was so noisy that others in the restaurant were taking note. We could not carry on a conversation at our table of two due to their behavior. We were trying to celebrate my Mom's 91st birthday. This is the reason for the ambiance and noise level grade. Normally this is a very quiet and elegant restaurant.

Our poor server must have input our orders wrong into the system, since we got the wrong food. But it was quickly corrected. I wish the french dip sandwich was a bit more rare, but that's a personal preference i should have mentioned to the server. So not really his or the kitchen's fault. That said, the prices have really climbed over the years. If they said that the increase in prices is to pay a better wage to their employees, I wouldn't have balked. But because of these prices, I don't go to the Nordstrom Grill as often as I'd prefer. Additionally, I wish they were still open for dinner hours.

This definitely a lunch place. We went for dinner and they were out of the tomato basil soup, which is why we wanted to go there to begin with! They also close at 7:00, so the waiter brought our ticket at 7:00 sharp. Why don't they stay open until 8:00 like Nordstrom does??

Ravioli had wayyyyy too much garlic. Fries had way too much going on. Hamburger totally mediocre. Very expensive got the quality of food and service provided.

My first time back at this Nordstrom Grill in about a year and it has gone completely downhill. The waitress Sarah was very friendly but that was the only positive. 1. Table and entire restaurant was dirty 2. Parmesan truffle fries ($2 up charge) were cold and soggy 3. Biggest problem: there was a piece of trash mixed into my aioli sauce. Come to find out, it was a piece of the wrapper from the chocolates they give you at the end.
Sarah took my food back to the kitchen to be “remade” but in reality they just replated my same food with a difference side of sauce. Overall the food was borderline inedible and we will never be back

I took an out of town guest. I have had two good experiences there with the Turkey and Avocado Club. The fries were cold and the sandwich was nothing like it had been. I do not recommend this menu item. The whole experience was disappointing.
