Our server Taylor was so refreshing! He’s amazing and I want him every time I come! The food and drinks were so good, definitely the best sushi I’ve had so far. The lady who greeted us was very pleasant as well! I’d definitely recommend to others and I’ll be back for sure!

Went here for my 30th birthday with friends. I had an incredible experience. They went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Favorite things were the Crispy Rice and Rock Shrimp. Can’t wait to go back!

Leaving this as an honest review as a repeat customer and as someone who wants this restaurant to get back to what it was 2 years ago. We had a 6:15 reservation for our 1 year anniversary and waited 40 minutes to get sat. During which, no apology was given at all by the hostess and they acted like everything was normal. When we got sat the service was slow and the waitress mentioned several times the bar and cooks were backed up. Unfortunately this is not an isolated experience. We eat at Oku 6-8 times a year and the last 3 times we have ate here we had this exact same experience of service being extremely slow. What made this experience especially bad is there was a table next to us that got sat only 5 minutes after us with a later reservation who got their drinks quicker than we did and they got both their appetizers and dessert compensated, whereas we only got excessive apologies by our waitress. We spent $300 and have been loyal customers but unfortunately this is probably our last experience at Oku after 3 times with terrible and delayed service.

Such a cute date night spot food was incredible the sticky ribs, sticky salmon rice, cauliflower, the salmon crudo thingy was amazing we ended up saving the sauce to dip with out sushi roll! Tucker our server was great and very kind!

This was my first time at O-ku. We weren't sure what to get but our bartender Bri was excellent! She suggested great pairings. She was very knowledgeable and professional but still very personable. We LOVED her suggested cocktails. Looking forward to bringing more of my friends here to see her this weekend. Best bartender I've had in Nashville!

We were aquiver with anticipation after some friends told us about this place. What we didn’t know was how much we needed our server Nate. I mean O Ku hit in all the right ways. Food was top tier. Great sake and cocktails. But Nate really just took it over the top. We don’t need a great server to love a restaurant but it’s always such a bonus. It’d be hard to go and not be seated with Nate. Nate gets 5 stars of his own. Also, get the nigiri flight. Fire.

Went here for my boyfriend’s birthday and had a great experience! All of the food we had was great and our server Heidi was excellent! She gave us dessert to celebrate his birthday and it made us happy. We will definitely return.

This place was top notch!! First, our server Isaac was awesome and he knew exactly how to steer us towards the items that would keep us hooked! We had several appetizers and a sushi roll. All we're excellent. The menu is diverse so there is something for everyone. The drink selections are great too! We opted for an Albariño as the perfect match for all our selections.

Our dinner was absolutely fabulous! Kudos to the kitchen. Vibe was great for a date night, especially with us being foodies. Liam, Damien, and Thomas worked the bar making sure our pallets were continuously satisfied. The manager also went out of her way to give us the best experience. Love love love!
