I ordered Take Away/Pickup via phone. The customer service was excellent and the order was ready when I arrived. The food was still hot, when I arrived home, unfortunately one of the dishes was prepared incorrectly.I called the restaurant and let them know there was an error. They apologized and stated they would correct their mistake. Thankfully, I only live about 10 minutes from the restaurant, so I agreed to return and retrieve the corrected dish, which, unfortunately, resulted in my food being lukewarm when I returned home. Thank goodness pasta & lasagna reheats well, lol!!

Very disappointed! As a vegan, I was really disappointed how they upcharge $2-3 per veggie added to my plain pasta (onions, olives, mushrooms, broccoli and peppers). Some of these are the same veggies that come in the salad, just added on top of plain pasta. They really should do better and have some type of mixed veggie side for $3 for vegans as an option for the build your own pasta. The quantity of veggies added to the plain pasta is not equal to having 5 full sides, so why is it charged that way? Furthermore, my dish was made incorrectly, and they had to remake it and made me wait longer than the others at my table. And it wasn't that good. If you are vegan travelling with omnivores, just skip it. Honestly, even the meat eaters at our table were not happy with their meals. They had to recook my dad's girlfriend's steak because they brought it out undercooked. They actually put the one she ate off of back in a skillet and overcooked it! I hope they cleaned that skillet and utensils very well after putting the half eaten steak back in it.

"I only ate in the bar area, but the bartender/waiter was fantastic. He was always on top of every order, making the experience much better than any other Olive Garden I've been to. I ordered the Tour of Italy replacing the chicken with double Alfredo. The linguine pasta was cooked to perfection.I have to confess that I had previously removed Olive Garden from my restaurant list, but after this experience, I will be adding them back to my comfort food list and saying goodbye to Carrabas."

I went on a lunch date with my friends and it's was alright nothing to crazy, the bathrooms were extremely clean! and the restaurant wasn't the olive garden experience...it's not how it use to be back then. We got excited about the cheese grating and our waiter just put it on there, didn't ask really. so that kinda blew the whole thing but her service was still good just the cheese grating part.she was tipped also but overall good was good!!Parking: A lot of space it's located by other stores in the plaza.
