The food is overpriced. The broth was bland. Disappointing experience, especially since Otaku is rated one of the top Ramen spots in Nashville.

Called the number on the google listing - incorrect number. Called the number from the website - immediately goes to voicemail telling you to email them with order issues??? What?
So my options are, eat the food that was incorrectly made that I overpaid for and deal with it, or drive all the way back there to have them fix it.

This place has always hits the spot, and K has always great when we've seen her!
I have eaten here for dine in and ordered take out online. The ramen is good, I have no complaints about the food. Unfortunately the atmosphere inside feels like a cafeteria. I was most upset by the 20% hidden fee that you pay if you order takeout online. I ended up paying an extra $5 per meal just to order online instead of coming to the restaurant and ordering takeout.

I’ve had a lot of ramen and udon noodles and this was certainly not the best but not the worst. A great place for a quick ramen and other side items. Otaku ramen had quite of ramen selections with different side items. I got the miso spicy ramen, Nashville hot chicken bun and Tokyo fried chicken. Ramen was okay, little too much ginger in my opinion. Hot chicken bun and the Tokyo fried chicken was good. If you are in the mood for ramen, definitely give this place a try!

The ramen I had was delicious. 5 star for number 9 Szechuan special. Flavoursome, spicy and hot. Came out very quick too. Maybe lacked a little pork belly, but everything within was delightful. Crunchy, chewey, flavours.. id happily go back for the food. Wasn't cheap though about 30 per person with a drink. Plenty of seating on a Friday evening, parking was no problem.

Ordered online for pickup for a group of 6 and when I got home I learned only 2 of the 6 meals were correct. Two ramens were missing completely. One ramen was missing broth. The salad was missing a dressing. No one answered the phone when I called multiple times to try to have them fix the messed up order. Had to return and walk through all the missing items in person and then wait again for the food to be prepared. The food was ultimately tasty (although many of the apps were very cold at that point), which is why it earns 2 stars and not zero. But the service was very poor and the restaurant should have offered to comp some portion of the missing meals.

I ordered through DoorDash and What i could eat of the food was good but it was poorly packaged and to say that i spent $70 on the food it should have been packaged much better, so much of it was spilled that I wasn’t worth what I paid for it at all and was not good.
