The pizza as many said is overpriced. At 15 for a combo meal of 2 slices and a drink the pizza shouldn't have been soaking wet in oil like a gas station pizza. The service was cold and distracted with the order taker on his cell phone when we initially approached him. The other server who was putting pizza on plates was also unfriendly when we went to clarify which pizza was which so we could decide our orders before ordering.

Obviously being in opryland hotel the atmosphere is amazing with the water fountain seating but you just expect better when you have such an expensive hotel and pay outrageous prices for the food

very greasy tasteless gas station pizza, 30 bux for four slices of pizza and two drinks, not what you're expecting out of an upscale resort setting. Cashier was on phone as he took our order and not real helpful about process. People slicing pizza were nice.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not really wheelchair accessible.

Very good pizza but overpriced. Extra toppings are lean and not worth it. Also not accommodating for children - e.g. cup sizes, high chair, etc.. Don't expect much in the way of service.

Busy place within Gaylord Opryland. Pizza was good but could have been cooked another minute or two. Friendly guy working the register.

I recently visited Paisanos Pizzaria and Vino at the Gaylord Opry location on December 23, 2024, at approximately 9 pm. Unfortunately, my experience was subpar.

The staff seemed overwhelmed, and their friendliness was lacking. After waiting in line for 40 minutes, they abruptly announced that they would no longer be taking orders for full pizzas. While this didn't affect my order, I was disheartened by the way they treated larger families.

The quality of the food was also disappointing. I ordered a cheese pizza, but it was burnt and undesirable.

Given the venue and location, I expect a higher level of quality and service. Unfortunately, Paisanos Pizzaria and Vino fell short of my expectations.

We ordered a whole pizza for our family and canned wine. It was fun to sit "outside" by the water. It's a good choice after a day at Sound Waves.

First of all, the pizza is overpriced but that’s to be expected at the opry. However, you expect a decent pizza for the price you pay, but what we got was a very oily and burnt pizza. I felt like there was more oil on this pizza than in Saudi Arabia. The crust was too chewy and burnt, the sauce was okay. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s your only options

Don't bring cash. Never in 40 year did I think Nashville would have a place that only takes cards. $25 for two stale slices of pizza, a beer and a fountain drink.

Delicious pizza with a very good crust. Seems NY-style. My slice of cheese with a soda came to $12.02—a lot less than the other restaurants here.

The pizza is horrible. We ordered a margarita pie (for $27!!) and it was not at all a true margarita pizza. It was basically a plain pizza with soggy tomato thrown on top. No mozzarella, no basil, no nothing. Even worse, it was filled with grease and tasted of cardboard. Never again.

Had a good gluten free pizza. It's within the Gaylord Opry resort so the prices most definitely reflect that fact.
