Terrible - I keep giving them a chance and they continue to fail in providing the food I ordered. I order delivery a lot and almost always have at least 1 item missing from this store. Happened again today - and like the other times no one ever answers the phone when I call and try to resolve - it rings so long it just hangs up. Im done with this place. Terrible to pay for something, not get it, and not be able to talk to anyone to resolve it.
We ordered syrups in our coffees. No one ever acknowledged our order! We ended up at the self serve. No syrup. Employees walked passed us and never acknowledged us. Nashville commerce location.
