“I had an issue with my delivery order and never actually received my pizza due to technical issues, but the manager Rudy called me and checked to see if I had received it. He was so kind to check and make sure everything got resolved within an hour of the original problem. Rudy deserves a raise!“

“The other day I had questions about the difference in the 2 sausages and Monica was very helpful and friendly. Pizzas were delicious. Today, feb. 1st at 9:00p.m. I had questions about the pizzadillas and manager Brad ( I think is his name) was very helpful and made delicious pizza. Both of these people are good natured with a comforting energy and that means a lot to me. I will definitely be back and recommending to friends. Thank you for great service.“

“After a period of time during a worse phase of the pandemic when there were fewer workers, but not fewer people wanting pizza, service became very unpredictable. I might have written them off except I witnessed the mayhem and distress it caused the lone woman trying to answer the phones and deal with customers in front of her. I learned to order ahead or on slower days. My most recent order through the app was at 4:30 last night, a Friday, for a 6:00 delivery. I had forgotten to add breadsticks that were requested by one grandchild, called the store, and they added it. At 6:02, the delivery person showed up with our two pizzas and order of breadsticks. All were warm and cooked to perfection. I am glad they are back!“

“Will always be the greatest pizza that I’ve ever had. Been eating Papa Johns since 1995. After graduating high school I worked for Papa Johns for 3 1/2 years. Preparing the sauce pouring the seasonings into the sauce was the best smell of freshness. I don’t think I’d ever change.“

“I would like to recognize one of your employees. I was coming back in town and very sad. I said I'm going to grab me some pizza and relax. There was a young lady working that day. I think her name was Marquia, sorry if I spelled it incorrectly. She was so kind and ask me what was wrong with the sad face. I explained that I was checking on my mom and sad. She told me to keep my head up and things would work out. She even made sure that my crust and wings were cooked extra crispy like I like. Her smile and kind words made my day. So I would like to thank her for being so sweet to me.“

“I’ve ordered a pizza from this Papa John’s twice now, and both times it tasted delicious! It’s my favorite food and I’m easy to please. Beware of the other reviews, but personally, I have only had an excellent experience here! Under $10 for a Papa John’s pizza is a steal.“

“Food is always delicious from here, at times the employees can get taken away from the front. And they alternate people up front. Causing people to give out wrong items or missing something. They are quick to fix mistakes, but they're mistakes that shouldn't be made. They are nice, but need a better system.

“This place has the best family staff!! And the food is excellent. The atmosphere is small. But this is mostly take out. You can eat in the restaurant if you like. The booths are comfortable, and staff will interact in conversation as long as they are not busy.“
