We have always loved Paula Deans but last night was horrible. It was my daughter's bday and she wanted to eat here so we drove 4 hrs (we live in Indiana) for it. Our server was the worst we have ever had there. She took our order and basically that was it. We never got refills on drinks, we had to stop her and ask for more mashed potatoes, which she brought out mac-n-cheese so I had to ask for potatoes again. We never even got out desserts. Definitely was not worth $98

Great place! 🥰 Really liked the food and would be a great place for big groups, and a very pretty view. The waitstaff were amazing! Super nice!

For the most part the food didn't disappoint, however the Mac n Cheese was way off. It was one of the sides that we were most excited about, but we left more of it then we ate. The bread was out of this world amazing. The chicken, chicken n dumplings, creamed corn, green beans and creamed potatoes was on point. I would gladly stop again and eat, but I would stay away from the Mac n Cheese, sadly. Our server Tony was excellent and if back in will ask for him. The store had some cute items. I'm glad we stopped and enjoyed lunch.

No courtesy. Waiter put finger in almost every dish. Food was not up to par and was definitely not worth the price. Male employees with long hair should be tied back.Gave this restaurant a few chances and this will be my last. Does not seem they are trying better the establishment. I don’t believe Paula Dean would be proud of this place.

Paula Deen’s restaurant truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and it only got better from there. The food was absolutely outstanding—her chicken was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. The greens were equally delicious, bursting with flavor and that perfect Southern comfort taste that you can’t find just anywhere. Every dish we had was prepared with care and attention, and you could taste the love in the cooking.

The service matched the quality of the food. Our server, Nouk, was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and genuinely made the experience special. It’s rare to find a server who not only takes care of everything but also makes you feel like a welcomed guest. Nouk’s excellent service made our visit even more memorable.

Between the amazing food, the top-notch service, and the welcoming environment, this restaurant is a true gem. Paula Deen’s restaurant is a must-visit if you want an unforgettable meal and experience. I’ll absolutely be coming back and will be recommending it to friends, family, and anyone looking for incredible Southern comfort food!
