I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. I cannot begin to describe what an amazing time we had here. We had left the grand ole opry during intermission cause we wanted to eat at this restaurant. We arrived at 8:20, they could have turned us away or been annoyed we were just walking in. Instead we were greeted with warm smiles and such a pleasant atmosphere. Eating at the restaurant was great, our server David did amazing. How ever Jacquline in the gift shop did not like my group and I trying to look fe agar at what item were covered by the line to meet Paula. It created a very odd feeling and unwelcoming atmosphere.
I was in town for business last week and went by the restaurant, not realizing it was almost closing. I apologized and turned to leave, but the hostess assured me that they would be more than happy to seat me and that they were happy to feed anyone right up until the last minute. The staff was friendly to a fault, the food was plentiful and very good, and you just don’t get good service like that anymore. Many thanks, I appreciate it.
