Don’t do it. Please. Wait time is CRAZY. Basic level of professionalism; nonexistent. Hey owner; run that camera back on 12/29 around 11:40 AM

Gave him my order and he repeated it back to me and the whole thing was still wrong. A waste of fifteen minutes and twenty dollars

I ordered a mega cheese steak thru Uber eats. I've never had their food before. I ordered from there on a whim. The food was at a good temperature when delivered. This sub was pretty freakin good. I'll definitely try them again when I'm in the area.

The A-Team was working today. They don’t have any Penn Station’s where we live at and I stopped by here while traveling, for old time’s sake. 10/10 Customer service 10/10 food quality

Here about the manager Evan, very rude. Profiling my friend she kept a really good attitude about it but it was definitely her being profiled . I was on the phone I heard the whole scenario. Penn station should pay attention to who they hire.

Was profiled tonight by Evan who also mentioned is a manager. My order was made incorrectly and basically he made a comment stating he lives with the other managers if it was a issue with my order they would’ve told him at home and nothing was done to rectify the situation. I got the wrong order nothing was done to fix the issue. Mind you he also stated he’s seen me around before in the restaurant and I’ve never seen him until tonight.

The sandwich artist at Penn Station was really stingy with the meat. My sandwich ended up being mostly lettuce and tomatoes on barely toasted bread — basically a veggie sub I didn’t ask for. For the price, it’s just not worth it. If you’re vegan, this might be perfect, but if you’re looking for a hearty sandwich, you’ll leave hungry.

The Philly cheesesteak with onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms is an easy 10/10. They’re bread is the best sub bread I've ever had and it is nice and soft and chewy. They’re fries are good, too, and the workers are kind.

What is there to say that hasn't already been said? I'm here multiple times a week. It's an addiction at this point, I freely admit that. I love the Italian on multigrain especially, and their fries are incredible. I love you Penn Station!

I've been visiting numerous locations for 18 yrs or so. The best phillys I've had there have happened recently and at this location. They were actually seasoned. It's always been the one knock on Penn station. Bland. In need of seasoning. I've already started referring people to this location because of it!

You can never go wrong with Penn Station. Of all of the big chain restaurants that do subs, Penn Station does 'em the best.
The service here was admittedly kinda slow, but that's okay, because the sandwich was fantastic, as always.
