As an east coast guy who grew up eating subs, gyros, Phillies etc…I have lived in Bellevue for 20+years and PennStation has the best subs in the area. Bar none. Have since they opened. They do it right- they grill it properly and don’t skimp on meat and toppings, the roll is awesome and the fries are the best and crispy. Why can’t anyone around here make a fry that crunches and is salty?!? Instead of mushy and cold? The guys running tonight are nice dudes and they take pride in what they do. My kids always want PennStation Sure it costs a bit more- but you get what you pay for- which is a lot of food cooked right. No offense but there is place down street that charges more for a philly cheesesteak and claim ls it’s real deal, but it’s not as good as PennStation. Good job!!!!

Amazing sandwiches but I would take it to go next time. While eating in dinning room 2 crew members were arguing behind the counter while doing prep. Made the dine in experience very uncomfortable.

This place needs to go out of business. They are disgusting. Employees using the restroom to take a dump, not washing their hands and then making sandwiches with their bare hands touching all the ingredients. When saying something to them they got an attitude as if I’m a “Karen” whose expectations are too high and as if I’m just a temperamental customer. It’s scary how gross they are. Like who doesn’t wash their hands after going #2? Are you in kindergarten? And are you kidding me? Just toilet to Turkey out here.

As I was walking in, I noticed a dog tied and muzzled outside with no water. I overheard a concerned woman that took action. I asked this woman if she spoke with the owner and she said yes. The dog owner is in this restaurant eating. After the police were called and citations issued I left. I will never go to that restaurant ever again. The owner can eat it!

Stopped in to eat lunch while in Nashville for work. Always a pleasure to eat Penn Station. This location was a little slow but otherwise the food was excellent per usual.

Visited for lunch on a Friday. Very disappointed. I have had previous good experiences. When we arrived we were third in line. The gentleman took the order for the first two before us and then went to take on other tasks and stopped to talk to the cook for a bit before taking our order. We were lucky, next group of 6 confused them with a coupon and ended up leaving. After that we observed several construction people come in for lunch and two left because they were not acknowledged. Food was ok but not as good as when they first opened. We probably will not visit again. I should mention this parking lot is horrible when the businesses are busy.

I came to the restaurant and watched an employee just come straight from the back and go straight to the line and make my food without washing his hands and putting on gloves. Afterwards he came out into the lobby and started cleaning the lobby and taking out the trash. I asked if that was my order he was making and another employee told me yes that was my order that he touched with his bare hands the meat , and cheese and the bread as he put it in the oven. She explained to me that that’s how it’s done here no gloves needed nor a hand wash. When I asked for it to be remade she caught and attitude with me and reassured me that restaurants don’t wear gloves and this location is no different. The employee that made my food never washed his hands from making my food to cleaning the lobby , taking out the trash and then leaving. I will not be back to this location I’d advice y’all watch your food being made here if you do,

First time I've been to a restaurant in this chain, and I'm from Philly, so I KNOW. lol Really enjoyed the turkey and provolone HOAGIE I got today. The very first thing I noticed was how tasty the bread was. No bread anywhere ever has any flavor when you get a sub. This place was different. Sort of like a baguette, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and great flavor. The turkey and provolone were yummy, the toppings were tasty, everyone who spoke to me from behind the counter was friendly. All in all a very nice lunch experience. I'll definitely be baaack. Good job.
