Every time I come there is always an issue. Red beans and rice was hard biscuit hard didn’t get any silver ware. Ordered a Fanta and it tasted like straight water. Employees are always laughing and playing which is probably the issue. Been like this for years

I really love their food, it's always delicious! And some is the employees are really nice Others, not so much. But the big problem is that they always lock their doors and you can't go inside. I don't understand why they do that. But it doesn't matter what time of day I go, the inside is always locked. Which makes the drive thru a crazy long wait. They are also kind of slow, but the food and the employees make it worth the wait

I order the festive special and four chocolate chip biscuits. The chicken was cold red beans and rice taste like water and they sent strawberry biscuits instead of the chocolate which I am allergic to and glad I didn't eat one like I wanted too. This place is horrible and I will never order again. I tried to call to get a refund and no one would answer the phone. It's 3 pm on a Saturday I know someone is there. Popeyes do better for your guest who keep you in business.

Me and my dad stopped here today. His meal was accurate but mine was not. I had ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries, but because the girl at the register was on a personal phone call while taking our order she messed it up. I had gotten potatoes instead and the sandwich wasn’t spicy. Most of the tables were dirty too. Won’t be coming back to this location.

not very customer service oriented. food was ok but general attitude is in the toilet. could not get any explanation for the sides offered and the drive through person was hateful and seemed racist. no straw, no fork and the person at the window acted like I was contagious. never going back to any Popeyes if this is the status quo.

They did not pay attention and give all food items and drink machines were broke. Drinks taste flat.

I love Popeyes. The manager (Ty) is fantastic he is well needed at this location ..His service ,courtesy and respect is remarkable ..This type of attitude is the best …I willl definitely return to this location …thumbs up for him and his team👍
