I always order ahead on the app at least 15 minutes ahead and when I get there I still have to wait 10 minutes or more because my order still isn't ready despite ordering ahead of time. They app also won't tell you they're out of something until you get to the store and they tell you they can't make your order
Ms Kim is so friendly.

I don’t believe there is an area manager, currently responsible for overseeing this location, because if any human was actually reading these comments, they would quickly connect the dots and see that when you sort all these comments by “most recent” that the current team that is here is a complete and total clown show!
The very short answer here; is there is a complete lack of urgency and leadership at this location.
It is incredibly busy at many times throughout the day and if a leader were to sit outside during busy times and actually keep score on how often this location failed to have the right amount of chicken already cooked, staged, and ready to quickly fill orders they would realize that you could easily double the sales in this location!!
I genuinely mean you could double the sales. There has not been a single time (out of the last 4) times that I have been here, where I have not waited a minimum of 20 minutes!!?
Its always the same garbage excuses ranging from “we just dropped new chicken” to “we want your chicken to be fresh, can you please pull over to the side and wait” and if you don’t check, you will get old chicken, wrong chicken, or the garbage scrap that should’ve been thrown away.
Again, I am genuinely trying to provide feedback, not in hopes of getting an AI generated response that I could care less about… But possibly to get the attention of an actual area or regional level leader that is clueless, disconnected, or remotely interested in seeing how they can drive a better outcome at this quickly declining location. I wish you all the best.

I wasted 53 mins waiting for my food. Many people behind me got there massive orders before me . I only ordered a 8 piece meal. I could not believe that it took that long .

Beware:They will short you on the food through drive through. Happens to me and others I know. Bust them out by checking your order.
Had a pretty good experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. The spicy chicken sandwich was tasty and packed with flavor, and the fries were fresh and well seasoned. Service was polite and the restaurant was fairly clean. The wait was a little longer than expected, but overall it was a satisfying meal and worth stopping by.

I went to Popeyes with my boyfriend after we were both craving fried chicken. The place was clean and the staff were nice when we ordered. The chicken was really crispy and good, and we shared a few sides too. Everything tasted nice, but it felt a bit pricey for fast food. Overall it was a chill and decent experience with him.

Very good fast food stop. The chicken was crispy and well-seasoned, and portions were decent. Everything was served hot, though the wait was a bit longer than expected. Overall, a satisfying visit.

Amazing fried chicken! The coating was crunchy and flavorful, and the meat was tender and fresh.
They so rude and unprofessional. The manager always look high on something I'm calling and getting this place shut down
Wish I was told that the fried pickles were spicy. I almost died eating them. The lady at drive-thru was friendly and great personality

Staff is so rude. You have to wait more than 30 minutes and listen for the scream.

Every time I go to this place it's some kind of 30 minute ordeal. You can stand in front of the cash register waiting for help and I swear to God these people will ignore you all day long if you don't start waving your arms and asking for some assistance. I finally tell someone I'm here to pick up an Uber order for myself. The woman I spoke to goes back to ignoring me and doing whatever she was doing, so I tried the drive-thru. I told them the same thing there, and then when I roll up, there's no one else in the drive-thru line, nobody in the store, it's just me and them... and I wait 10 more minutes in the drive-thru line before the worker opens the window and asks me what I'm here for... So this whole time, when I told them what I was here for at the counter they weren't working on my order. When I told them what I was here for in the drive-thru they weren't working on my order. I tell them again and they asked me to pull forward, cause there's a new person in the drive-through line, which means I've been here about 30 minutes now and the person in line behind me who just showed up is about to get their food before me. At this point I actually can't believe what I'm hearing so I just cancel my order online and leave. This is the most miserable restaurant in town.
