The demeanor of the drive-thru attendant was notably unprofessional. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the packaging of my order, specifically concerning the inclusion of two items per box. I believe it would be beneficial for your team to clarify that each box inherently contains two sides, rather than addressing customers in a manner that could be perceived as confrontational. Such an approach is simply unacceptable.

Hands down one of the nastiest fruitest stores. I've ever been to was pulled to wait on food, seen three cars leave that parked after me, come in, and i'm told now I need to wait on biscuits and mac and cheese do not go to this location.It is managed shitty

It's been over 15 minutes after getting pulled. Waiting on chicken strips go back in. They hold me on biscuits, wait longer then they hold me on mac and cheese. This restaurant is horrible and man is shitty. The employees in there are talking shit or rude as hell. Do not waste your time going to this store

What a terrible place to eat pulled up order the food.They had us wait ten minutes and the food was still old. And for four orders of chicken tenders they only gave us two sauces.smh
This was one of the better times I’ve had at this location. All food was fresh. Restaurant lobby was very clean. Would have been a perfect visit but the mgr on duty got my order wrong. It’s funny because she said, “this must be your order because you are staring me down as I put it together. Don’t worry sir I’m gonna make it right”. But soon as I get in the car to check the bags, I noticed I had two 2pcs instead of the 2pc and 3pc that I ordered. Whomp whomp whomp!!

There's one of the ladies that attends the front counter and she's terrible, her manners and attitude are extremely poor and she makes sure that you have a horrible experience. She would not accommodate any of the customer request or provide utensils, napkins or condiments with your to go order.
