I don’t usually take my time to leave reviews, but today I was in disbelief with the customer service we experienced. My husband is better than me because I would have gone off. The lady taking our order couldn’t even take our order and kept sighing, huffing and puffing over the microphone even cursed. Extremely rude. Another lady took over and then cut us off mid sentence and another guy took our order. All we were asking for was 2 combos lol nothing special or extra. When pulling up to the window the guy giving us our food looked as if he was on very hardcore something. Mumbled couldn’t even understand what he was saying. Eyes halfway shut. Horrible experience definitely would have driven a little further to the other Popeyes if I would’ve known how unprofessional and how horrible this place is.

The store was rated at a 92 for the health code card. I am an insurance investigator and I'm providing the following factors that demonstrate the store's rating should be much lower:
1) the men's bathroom had not been cleaned in so long that the men's urinal was growing black gunk which had been growing for so long that it was coming out into the urinal, and there was growth also floating in the clogged and un-flushable urinal, along with other customers' pee, 2) the men's hand soap has been broken off the wall and torn apart for observably weeks, making it impossible to properly clean one's hands before exiting the bathroom, 3) the men's bathroom sink has not been cleaned in weeks from the obvious black buildup and handsoap caked onto the vanity top, 4) the men's bathroom floor was coated in scuz, black goo, and what must have been week's worth of urine and debris pile up, 5) I observed a Popeye's employee wiping sweat from her face and head with her bare hand, then using that same bare hand to prepare customer's food, 6) and last, while sitting at the dining table, a cockroach fell onto my lap from under the table, which I instantly flicked onto the floor (if you check the store's video feed then you can see it on video).
As far fetched as this experience may seem, all of these factors of my visit are legitimate, and I am still just stunned that this happened to me. Even if your company addresses these public health code issues at your location, I will NEVER return.

They took them 7 minutes to hand me back my card as it looked in my opinion that the number had been wrote down. Then it took them another 6 minutes to get me a sandwich after I gave them cash So watch handing them your card. Ridiculous 15 minutes to get a sandwich that I pretty much didn't even eat enough of to say I ate anything.

They didn't have enough help, that wasn't a problem. Ordered a 12 piece I asked for no chicken breast, which I received. I ordered 2 pies and only received one. They do not communicate well what they don't have.

I went to Popeyes @11:20 they just opened up and I ordered some ghost pepper wing and I was asked to pull in a parking spot I don’t know for what my was was half ghost pepper wing and half regular wings and they was lukewarm if I didn’t have appointment on the other side of town they would have been giving me a full refund. I wish the people don’t really want to work and just in there for only a paycheck find something else to do because if we don’t come to Popeyes you’ll will not receive a paycheck. Think about it before you do another customer like you did me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Parking: The lot was empty so there was plenty of parking spaces
