Was very dissatisfied with my meal. Was given the wrong drink after purchasing and then told they didn't have what I paid for when I asked them to fix it. And the food was terrible, I tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. Not fresh at all. I would like a refund for my meal, but am having a hard time getting in touch with any customer service.

Bruh why are they like this tho

ZERO STARS!! The server gave my order to another customer. The other customer walked away, came back about 5 mins later to return the wrong order. The server insisted that I take the food that went to the wrong customer. When I refused, she then pretended to give me new food items. SHE DID NOT, I watched the entire time. I asked for my money back. I WONT BE COMING HERE AGAIN.

This red beans without the rice is not worth it at all!!! There is no flavor. It use to have a ham flavor not at all now. The total charge was $4.27. I have never liked the rice, so I asked that the rice not be placed on it. The taste reminded me of water no flavor, no seasoning, and no taste. Don’t waste your time. Addition went back and tried again stand by my original comment. NO FLAVOR!!!! There is a definitely a difference in the taste value at this location vs the I -24 location. I know the difference between water and flavor

Ordered through the app at 4:59pm, order said will be ready by 5:06pm. I work in the mall so it’s a bit of walk before I arrive. I get there at 5:10 and there’s no line and no one is really busy behind the counter, I ask for my mobile order & she the. Goes over to a ticket that’s been sitting half way out and sees my order and then tells me it will be a 9 minute wait. After 9 minutes, I was then told another 5 mins until my order was ready. I just got off work doing 5-5 and my ride could no longer wait for me so I had to leave with no food or refund

Everything is good the only problem is that they don’t have the strawberry fanta as it shows on the menu

I work in the mall and wanted to get some food before I went in. I had waited a little while before I ordered and even at opening the food wasn’t even hot. I had ordered a sandwich with no bacon because of my religion and was given one with it. The employee acted as if called him one of the nastiest names when I asked him to remake and not just take the bacon off. As if I lack motor skills to do so myself. Ever since theres been a change in employment the workers that are there now are horrendous.
