Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered some food for lunch and got the boneless chicken wings. 2 different kinds and both boxes of them were raw, even the fries tasted undercooked. Never ordering from here again.

I got the original Popeyes chicken sandwich, as is. With fries and a Dr. Pepper. The sandwich was savory, hot, and delicious. The fries were salty, crunchy and hot. Overall 9/10

Vegetarian options: Not very many options other than the masked potatoes, or the red beans a rice.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s very easy to park and get to, just gotta walk a bit.

Had to wait FOREVER and was super expensive and after all of that the food was mediocre at best this deserves to be 0 stars

This had to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had at Popeyes. First of all, the employee taking our order could hardly speak ENGLISH clear enough to understand what the heck he was saying.
Next, our order was wrong, because of the inability to speak ENGLISH
Thirdly, we went back to the counter and the next guy couldn't speak ENGLISH either where we could understand to get our food corrected: that didn't work either.
Lastly, If you're going to hire individuals within the US, please make sure they can clearly communicate in this nation's language-ENGLISH! The food we had was not even that good, so disappointed.
We witnessed 2 other families have the same issue too......so sad!

Hours is misleading!!! Today It says open at 10am but the cashier said they open at 11am!! Disappointing!

They told me I could not place an order over the phone, I told the lady to just put it in so I can pick it up and she said she was not able to. I asked, you rather loose a customer then placing the order? And she said... yes... wow... I was without words after that.

Wait 45 minutes in mine just to be told they are out of the MAIN thing your entire family has been wanting... but then other people after you are able to order that item ? at least mark it out on the menu or a sign up or something ?‍♂️ kinda scammy

It’s 11:20 and they haven’t even open. It’s supposed to be open at 10:00 so never coming back to this place

0 stars, stood in line for hours with no food and the workers just sat and talked, i’m starving

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. After waiting 25 minutes for my food (when multiple people got theirs), they refunded me. THEN, they said they couldn’t give me the food because of the refund. Because that would be giving me the food for “free”. I asked for them to call a manager so I could explain and they just ignored me and kept serving other people. Whoever runs this place has no skills in service NOR are they fast. 0/10 - Popeye’s is the worst place I’ve ever been.
